tyretrax
Good news about Kyle, its about time the BSPA realised the dangers at the moment. As for those abusing Josh, simple, get on a bike and see how they get on. He is obviously going to be devastated and probably wondering about his future in the sport right now. We can't all get on a bike, if we did there would be no one paying to watch.
SCB
B******s..................I have never read so much utter crap in my life..................Josh is a hard but fair rider and is certainly not dirty or reckless.............. RP Obviously very unlucky to have been involved in and excluded for 2 very bad crashes in a week. He's clearly not fair if he knocking riders off is he? If he was fair he'd not be excluded. Fair would suggest that Kerr and Howarth would be the ones excluded. Also, if he's always fair why did he admit on twitter he apologised to Danny King earlier in the season? Also, if he's always fair why did he admit on twitter he apologised to Danny King earlier in the season? He may have been excluded but that does not make him reckless or a dirty rider...................anyone with an ounce of sense would apologise if they knew they were in the wrong...............so why would he not apologise to Danny King if that was the case.............. He has been very distraught over the Lewis Kerr business and why would you go out and take your best mate out deliberately............you would not of course do that.................... Sheesh you never fail to amaze me with some of your comments............I am actually wondering if it is because Josh is a Poole asset and you are so anti Poole that you have reached these nonsensical conclusions................ comet49
It's getting silly this, accidents happen, usually someone's fault but not necessarily deliberate. It was a good win for the Comets and good news Kyle wasn't seriously hurt. Edited August 9, 2015 by comet49
Cliffeboy
Has Kyle made a statement about the accident, or put any blame on his friend Josh. I should imagine Josh is feeling pretty down about the last week in general. Before these incidents I cannot recall any major reports or accusations towards Josh in this respect. The speedway season is full of should he shouldn`t he incidents, most of them are split second decisions with the adrenaline pumping. Truly there are a few riders names who crop up more often than others but in 40 years are watching speedway I do not believe anyone wants to hurt anyone else. Brady Kurtz is an outstanding talent, he is also 18 years old and carries the weight of being the Rebels No 1, he will make wrong decisions occasionally, like he did last season against Newcastle with the match comfortably won and having already scored a max went chasing after Ritchie Worrall and ended up in the fence with a broken arm, finished his season and may have cost us the title. Leigh Lanham has put two points on his average, enough said.

topaz325
From my point of view the Brady Kurtz incident was worse the the Josh/kyle crash, Josh and Kyle were having a very hard but fair scrap for second place when both got tangled up on the back straight. The heat 15 incident when Brady Kurtz ploghed in to Rene Bach and Richie Worrall was probably due to youthful exhuberance/inexperience or just recklessness!! Its very lucky that all three just walked away from the carnage. Some posters making comments about the meeting when they were not even present?

Not sure who we could bring in to replace Leigh to be honest, but on current averages anyone from the Devils team. Also nice to see Todd and Kyle are banging in some good scores, I think with Todd at reserve you have a good chance of making the play offs, which will be good for the south coast. lewy
Of course i,m enjoying cliffeboy and do you blame me I dont think it will happen again for sometime !! Would you like us to be your opponents in the playoffs I think it would make for a couple of good matches for sure?

I've not heard of any Rebels fans calling for him to be replaced. He's very popular at Somerset and as stated, sticking two points on your average is exactly what his signing was all about. Leigh is not only a 100% trier, but a terrific team man too. I can't think of a rider who on getting a paid maximum only a few weeks back, received such applause from the crowd. Of course i,m enjoying cliffeboy and do you blame me I dont think it will happen again for sometime !! lewy
Crowds have improved for sure fickle lot down here unfortunately it would massive for us to make the playoffs considering most didnt give us a hope in hell of finishing outside the bottom two ! Todd kurt has been the catalyst for the upturn imo his season at the ota has done him good Edited August 10, 2015 by lewy

I suppose once Plymouth start winning, they stop going?
