Shaleshifter
Wednesday brings the second visit of the season of the Leceister Lions to Wimborne Road. Leicester include former Pirates and track specialists Jason Doyle and Grzegorz Wallasek so should prove some tough challenges to the Pirates. The Lions are going through a rough patch with riders out injured long term and will be smarting from Saturdays home defeat to Lakeside. The Pirates need to put tonight's poor performance at Belle Vue behind them and tame the Lions and pick up 3 points. Thoughts?

Get thorsell to guest at 2 for masters and garrity in for auty and you have a decent leicester line up !!

Garrity would be a good guest but is currently out injured with a knee injury he aggravated in heat 2 at Coventry on Friday.

shinyhine
This will be the test of whether any average dropping they have to hit at least 55 otherwise it will appear to some people that this is the case personally I think pirates will hit 55 but as do holders score maybe 7 or
SteveLyric2
What would be the point of any average dropping?

stevebrum
Didn't think Wolverhampton were there this week. We are 2nd worst team. You have earned the right to be called worse all season long.Try catch us up if you can.
Gemini
Leceister I've seen my home town spelt some weird ways but that's about the best so far.
DunRobin
What would be the point of any average dropping? To fit Magic, Holder & Darcy in next season. Let's face it, Poole are almost certain to qualify for the play-offs, so Fat Maude would be looking to next season.
chris4gillian
Who cares........Be glad to see the back of this season.....Too many bad injuries. Not to any Poole riders as of yet...so wouldn't that mean the opposite bearing in mind the position we're currently in??

Didn't the lions hammer your poor wolves team 53-39 ? You have only lost to Leicester not yet beat them this season Steve so I say your the worst team. I think Poole will be in cruise mode to at least 55 points, reserves play a big part and I can't see greenwood hitting Garrity types scores yet as it's such a big step up for him so the lions are to weak. full respect to any lions fans going to Poole. Wolves are poor, but Leicester have been even worse this year. I couldn't care less who beats who to validate an argument, the battle is on between us, Lions and Hammers as to who finishes bottom in October. My money (if I was a betting man) is on Leicester for the 2nd year running. Good luck to them if they do get a run on from now on in. I just don't see it however.
