Id rather go with r/r for morris

r/r at home at least might be better, guests are always hit and miss - as Richard, Aaron, James and Victor could cover the programmed rides of Nick? Given time though until Kauko and Hynek is dialled in - could be an option for however long Nick is out for?

Bit of a risk though with Sarjeant struggling at the moment and Summers having a off meeting yesterday.

No he didn't he came off at the first bend and never cleared the track

tapes were fully intact & not one tape breakage all night.

Relatively comfortable meeting for Glasgow tonight though could have been the opposite had Risager been in the points. Kauko looks like he'll be fine once he gets set up right though Hynek doesn't fill me with confidence, he's not very quick and looked all at sea in most of his races, time will tell.

Jack Holder looks thoroughly decent and got back up from Fisher and Simota.

I sometimes wonder if once referees quality they are just left to it. Tonight one of the poorest refs by a considerable distance let the race continue in ht1 when Sarjeant had come down on first bend bunching and was lying on the inner third of the track, let the rest of the pack ride round him on the next lap and as they were coming round again decided to then put the red light on and exclude Sarjeant who had by this time gotten to his feet! Absolutely mental.

Ht3 Holder is moving at the start, ref calls it back and gives Holder an official warning. No problem. Ht9 Simota does likewise and he lets the race continue, ht14 Kurtz barely bothers to wait for the green light and narrowly misses the rising tapes with his helmet, ref lets the race continue. Consistency - zero. No wonder fans get frustrated.

Amazing, with James Sarjeant and James Wright in the same meeting!

Sounds like a much better meeting for him tonight. Hopefully this will help his confidence.

Congratulations Glasgow on the win

Afraid he didn't.

What did happen though was the meeting started at 7:30pm.

And your post was made when?

It's obvious he was talking about the fours yesterday at Peterborough. Just like the poster above him.

Gutted to have missed this one, some terrific racing by the sounds of it!

Wally Dishcloth will never be a competent ref. Should have stuck to football, not much use there either.:cheers:

He should be banned for allowing heat one to continue whilst James was still on the track. Totally incompetent..

I was referring to the Peterborough meeting - heat 2 / tapes blasted = 15 meters.

Thanks Andy.

Yes I was talking about Peterborough!
