Alan_Jones
rule states: 12.12.1 A set of Helmets (or Helmet Covers) of the following colours: Red, Blue, White & Yellow /Black, The "/" would suggest that it's yellow or black. 12.12.1 also specifies 4 RAL colour codes for red, blue, white & yellow but not black. They do call the TR helmet cover Black & White. Add this one to the 'badly written' section of the regs, which is most of it. June
Make your mind up old girl yesterday it was injuries to Howe and Douglas that had spoilt the season and now it's all down to Tungate getting hammered by Sheffield, losing at home to Redcar, hammered by rye house at home, home hammering by Edinburgh and Somerset all Tungates fault right? If your Promoter hadn't built a crap team to start with at start of the season E.g Signing Howe and Davies as Heat leaders you wouldn't be in the position your in. Only one person to blame [/ By all means answer my post, but no need to be rude, Have some respect for the elderly. I post under my real name not like you FAT FOZIE!!! I was Nikes mechanic last night (not the one from last week) and we put the yellow cover on as that's how it is in the programme just yellow not yellow black hope this clears up the confusion.all of the posts on here have been very tongue in cheek. Nobody really cares whether its yellow or yellow/black.Although it does show that teams dont know the rules - which is what causes most of the problems when they arent quite as trivial as this one. PS just for June I havent forgotten about Lunnas illegal yellow helmet cover. 1 minutes madness when buying his new set.Thats ruined our season. (I want those points back) It has been proved it was illegal!! wink
2ndbendbeerhut
So it was in the prog that rider "4" was in "Y" how do we know "Y" stands for yellow? What would have if it said "T"? Would think teams would have learnt by now not to believe whats in the programme.... Edited July 31, 2015 by 2ndbendbeerhut

Alan_Jones
hope someone tries to use a black one! Bet they wouldnt be allowed! But without a colour code specified we don't know whether they mean Traffic Black, Graphite Black, Jet Black, Signal Black, Black Brown, Black Grey, Black Olive, Black Green, Black Blue or Black Red. 2ndbendbeerhut
At the same time or one after the other? hmmmm and which way they go? 15.1.2 Heats shall be anti-clockwise of 4 laps duration, unless the SR’s state otherwise. State otherwise.... like to see it say clockwise in next Ipswich programme and see what happens!
