Shaleshifter
Well after last night's disaster at Monmore Green both teams will do battle again tomorrow at Wimborne Road. The Pirates were out battled at Monmore Green and will need to up thier performance. Certain riders are struggling for form from one week to the next. Chris Holder is struggling away from home and had a real bad day at the office last night as well as Dakota North with the solitary one victory and some poor riding in his other races. We need all 7 Pirates to be on the gas tomorrow and get revenge on the Wolves and collect some much needed points. Thoughts?
Beowulf
Piece of cake for the Pirates. Revenge will be extracted swiftly and without mercy. As has been said elsewhere most meetings are now meaningless for us as we are simply battling for 7th spot.
mdmc82
James Sarjeant guests in place of Lewis Blackbird. It's a big ask for him to replace a tier 1 rider. Wolves await a late fitness test for Bates.
scottyfan
Wouldn't be surprised to see Wolverhampton get a shock win against this inconsistent Poole team!!!!!!
mdmc82
Wouldn't be surprised to see Wolverhampton get a shock win against this inconsistent Poole team!!!!!! Do you really support Poole as I can't remember you finding one nice thing or word of support for them regardless of what they do. They have had a couple of off nights (show me a team that hasn't esp away) Â I honestly believe this will be a routine home win esp with both of Wolves reserves likely to be missing and Poole's riders out for revenge. Given the choice (and you were not a supporter of either team) who would you pay to go and see...Coventry 2015 team or Poole 2015 team??? Coventry are top of the league on merit right now and are definitely strong, but the sky is still a long way from falling. Â We need to not underestimate Wolves and we should have this. Holder has been brilliant around Wimborne Rd lately, Dak has good results when he stays on the bike, and Kacper is improving. We also have two great reserves. Â As much as I always enjoy close Speedway, I think the Pirates need to hand out a drubbing similar to the one they gave Lakeside in order to pick themselves up in time for Swindon. mdmc82
Holder & Gomolski are both scoring very well in Sweden tonight which could be good news for Poole if they continue tomorrow.

Coventry anyday (by the way I support bees ) However we have also had some off nights this season. I know your a Bees fan, that's why I said "and you didn't support either team". Hate to say it but.....I would rather pay to watch Coventry than Poole as they seem to have a better team spirit and ride for each other when the chips are down unlike Poole who just seem to give up. and when those two teams have faced each other this year which one has the most wins? In three of the meetings, Hans Andersen has scored 2 points, 2 points and 1 point. When he scored 11+2, guess which meeting Coventry won?? If Andersen starts to score well consistently, they will annihilate anyone, let alone Poole!!!! Edited July 21, 2015 by scottyfan

There is nothing wrong with poole's team spirit, poole have a terrific spirit, it isn't why we lost last night, that is for sure. Your comments on here only show your lack of knowledge and your continual pessimistic ptedictions are becoming very tiresome.

mdmc82
why couldn't he have guested last night!Tomorrow should definitely be a big home win. When on form Sarjeant is great but he's not a tier 1 rider and is struggling a bit with his arm still since his crash at Poole so not 100% Josh Bates has found some good form of late and is 3rd on draft but is being replaced by a Branford who is 9th on the draft who is returning from injury. I think not. As we all suspected their best bikes are not in this country.
SteveLyric2
Bikes and engines are similar - its just the set-ups for each different track that need to be sorted.
