Taylorj
probably already in Germany, "again" ready for tomorrows bundesliga match for the white tigers v wolfslake. absolute joke, yes the kid is talented, but im afraid he is being pandered to way too much. dont think you can blame kings lynn for this, the fault lies with him and his team, the bspa for not doing something about it and peterboro for letting it keep happening. You only have to watch Lambert in the EL to see where his heart lies !!!
Lord Lucan
Could be a very tight one to call this, still some useful riders turning out for Peterborough despite missing a couple of regulars so they wont be a pushover, but, I'm hoping that as a team the Comets can bring enough to the party to see off the Panthers? Harrison/Wethers input could be the key here, and home advantage, hopeful of a narrow win of around 47-43, would like to have been there tonight to see one of the top teams but as usual it's that time again when work ruins the best laid plans so I'll just catch up on the updates site later on tonight and see how we've gone!! I have seen Robert Lambert on TV riding for Team GB and I have been surprised that he should want to race in the PL, very talented rider but judging by the comments on this thread, is one who's beginning to believe his own publicity, he can obtain good experience and grounding in the PL and perhaps, although not knowing him personally, should take this level just a tad more seriously than at present, it's not all beer and skittles? StevePark
Has nobody told Lambert he has got his proper average, so no need to keep avoiding Panthers away meetings maybe for once its not a G.B. call up that stops robert missing matches for Peterborough ! 28 day ban surely? Injured?? http://www.peterboroughpanthers.co/news.php?extend.2570
Lukas
Forget Robert Lambert..Simon Lambert has been our man of the season and with him in the side we would have won tonight.
jenga
and with palm toft in Workingtons tons colours , we would have won more convincingly at home. . but we/you have not the riders we wanted for what ever reason. that's life Edited July 25, 2015 by jenga
LagutaRacingFan
Lambert is too good for the PL, we should just be lucky that we are watching a future world champion at EOES. He will drop the EL off his calendar in a couple of years so we need enjoy him while he's here.
peterborough daz
Morris awful choice of guest which cost us imo. Expected more from MPT around Workington Grondal after a slow start scored 6 which shows he's a quick learner Ulrich and Josh superb apart from Josh's last in heat 1. 5 points from Konopka is an improvement
Django
Kenneth Hansen take a bow, that was top drawer entertainment. Had it not been for Ricky and Rene's mechanical problems it would have been far more comfortable, but a good meeting nonetheless
comet49
Josh moved before the tapes went up in heat one, then missed the start, good guest though. Glad we won, Kenneth Hansen class, great to watch.

Lord Lucan
Excellent, another 3pts "at home" for the Comets and just as tight as I thought, shame I missed it??
Halifaxtiger
Very good meeting..but then those that are close and some decent racing thrown in usually are. Top quality performance from Hansen, the only one really to challenge Ostergaard and Grajczonek. Comets match winner, though, was Williamson - easily the best meeting I have seen him have at this level. I have made no secret of my respect for the Workington promotion so it was pleasing to see what appeared to be an improved attendance. First time I have seen cars parked on the green outside for a while.

Crump99
You only have to watch Lambert in the EL to see where his heart lies !!! That's where his future lies so lower league Panthers were never going to be priority.

Jeanzi
And like I said to you on Twitter, I could've told them that before they even asked him to guest Can't argue with that! Morris deserved a lot more points than he got. With one more lap in heat two he would have passed both Comets. He also came off gate 4 first but Howarth ran up to the fence and pulled a locker blocking him. And in his last one he rode a brilliant race to keep Wethers at the back protecting the inside with Grondal on the outer.

That does sound kinda like the way he's been with King's Lynn. I don't doubt his efforts! His bust a gut for us several times and sadly not come away from many meetings with many points.
