Ben91
No because Brad isn't an EL draft and can't do PL so he only has the NL as an option and it's his first season And? He's not even British.
Alex2000
And? He's not even British. His parents are part English so he has English Background therefore he is allowed....

Alex2000
Well yes he is, born in France maybe but his parents are British and he races as a Brit. Same as Wilson Dean then. So if you have Adam we are entitled to Brad
TMW
I am sure that if the BSPA had said that BWD could go into the PL he would have been on a 5 or 7 point average like Brady Kurtz and not a cosy NL average of 5(?) with patriality. Is that why he has not been invited as a guest in the PL or is not in the PL?????? Discuss Alex! I edit this as this is NOT his first season in speedway..NZ Speedway counts as well in your development!!!!!!!!!!! Wont BWD in the higher leagues he be stuffed with the Visa issue as a New Zealander, Unless he can prove that winning the NZ Championship is classed as Word Class. I believe Kurtz has British parentage. Where he went wrong was to compete in the Danish league and get 'Experience'.

Great to see both in the NL tho & im looking forward to seeing BWD at Kent on Monday, pitty Adam isn't there! Adam was born to British parents and has a British passport. When he won at Marmande last Monday the club gave him the option of god save the queen or le Marsallaise on the podium  Let's just say there's nothing better than hearing the British national anthem being belted out on French Independence Day !

That's why him being given a 5.00 PL average doesn't make any sense because he doesn't need a visa! If he needed a visa he wouldn't be allowed to ride NL. Islander15
Why didn't he come in on a 3 as originally thought Riders who are eligible for the league through patriality enter on a 5.00 but Eastbourne made the mistake that thinking patriality riders were a 3.00 the same as standard Brits.
Alex2000
He said 5.00 on Twitter. Yeah he did but it has changed he is assesd 7 point. I'll try find where it says it That's why No PL interest amounted to anything Edited July 19, 2015 by Alex2000

Islander15
Look at page 4 of this weeks speedway star that's where it is Ok thanks, I don't buy the speedway star. That's even more ridiculous then. The rules clearly state that NL riders move up onto a 3.00.

It makes it harder for PL clubs because it's quite a bit of their points allowance. Dugard is saying that why is he classed as British for NL and commonwealth for PL. He has mentioned getting. a lawyer involved.... Could be interesting

Alex2000
Take a look at his website, tell me what his nationality is..... Â http://www.bwdracing.com/ Yes I know he is from New Zealand. But trust me I am right that's what it says in Speedway star. To ride NL he has to be British but to ride in PL he is commonwealth rider.... Don't ask me why it is the SCB stupid way of working. His grandmother is British hence he is allowed to ride NL but to ride PL he is forigen and given a 7.00 average. And since you have taken the time to call yourself SCB maybe you can enlighten us as to why the rules are so inconsistent Edited July 20, 2015 by Alex2000

But why would the BSPA/SCB/ACU (all British) want to help out a rider who has a NZ silver fern on the top of his website and has the NZ flag on his merchandise. The 3 point average is meant to be for Brits, the 7 point average for foreigners, cut all the bullrubbish and red tape, in simple terms is BWD a Brit or a Kiwi? If someone outside of speedway asked him his nationality what answer would he give? Who will he race for in World Championships if he gets that far? Would he race for GB in the U21 SWC next month? He needs to think.... New Zeland speedway or British if I was him I would go British because there is more of a British Speedway than NZ. There isn't a team NZ so I would ride GB
