StevePark
No interest in this match then? Any idea who Newcastle's guest for Lewis Rose is? I'm thinking it will be Rafal Konopka, but that is just my guess!

Mauger_Magic
Sad to see so few replies to last night's meeting. My first meeting this season and enjoyed it. I do agree Speedway is sadly losing fans. Last night was well short of the crowd I saw a few seasons ago...Redcar v Newcastle. I do agree Speedway is sadly losing fans. Last night was well short of the crowd I saw a few seasons ago...Redcar v Newcastle. People are picking and choosing, good crowd against Somerset as people want to see BRady Kurtz etc - Redcar-Newcastle this year is two of the worst teams in the country, hence no interest. HadrianDog
A sense of total apathy is setting in I think. Reckon that at any meeting the vast majority of home fans are season ticket holders who are just trying to get their money's worth.

Justgotmecpc
Paid my admission in to Redcar, thanks. good on you to pay in and go into the pits and help out,, it would be a smashing gesture if you done the same at brough as it would be by some of the other freeloaders at brough to help ease and help towards the running costs of the club so it can carry on for many more years to come as if it ever closed down again i'm afraid that would be the end of the speedway due to all the new houses being built around the area

I cant see myself driving up to Berwick other than for a truly tasty looking meeting. As for the STMP, I am a shift worker, so that kills that idea- thank god
