Edinburgh Vs Redcar, Ko Cup Quarter Final First Leg, Friday 17th July, 2015

Heavy shower killed it tonight but what can you do.

Maybe Adam Roynon will be fit enough to take his place two weeks tomorrow for the re-run of the meeting or will he be ill again. He was telling people last night at Redcar that he wasn't going to come up today and that he was going to be "ill".

Speedway's version off Hilda Odgen strikes again you really are a proper wee gossip.

Thankfully most don't take much notice but it is amusing all the same.

Like me you still say "excluded", still can't get used to saying "disqualified".

Pity we can't exclude Mr B from here all the gossip he spouts should be disqualified.

Cheating the fans though no need for it sick and tired off people making excuses because they don't want to ride here or there. BSPA need to clamp down on these sort of things or riders are just going to keep taking advantage of it.

Chuckle brothers you not got your own material yet Mr B you would think with all the gossiping you do you would have got your own material.

And yes we barely hit 30 but being beaten from the champions elect is no disgrace hopefully when you visit your lot can muster 30.

And finally when we decide to post on an Edinburgh thread it is not because we want to it is because we can't resist replying to your drivel in anticipation on your reply which is usually along the lines off defensive attempts at sarcasm, which if you look at the posting's made a carrot is dangled to which you chomp away at like the donkey you are.

Let's get back on topic Gazc .... the irony/hypocrisy in MrB complaining about riders not turning up at Armadump .... with one of his own involved in the same ... Burgergate.

Hate to say this but that's just 1 rider, Monarch's fans saw Glagows whole team at it a few seasons later, but i'm sure both teams have pulled strokes over the years.

Morning Dekks, long time no speak.

True, however the difference is Tigs fans were raging on here at the time it happened. MrB is displaying selective memory.

You are dredging this from the recesses of your imagination. In 1999 he didn't ride in the Pairs there, having asked at the start of the season if he could miss that one (in which you casn select 2 from 3 anyway). That's it.

You are probably right however be barely tried a leg whenever he did show at newport describing the track as a disgrace yet Grieves said in an interview

It was one of his favorite tracks - remember him scoring a max in the pairs and scored good points throughout his career.

Fact is a lot of riders dont fancy it at certain tracks

Peter didn't like Newport that is true, but I don't think his record was particularly bad there and I am sure he scored at least one maximum.
