Falcon Hammer
This is great news. Delighted for Hammers fans. Plus thankfully we can keep a separate top flight league as well. Did I hear that AJ was confirmed number 1 as well? Jon said 8 teams in the EL next season & AJ turned down other offers to remain at Lakeside, man of his word Let's hope both the Wolves & Hammers have a better season than last - shouldn't be that difficult really...
liam
Was 100% confident if we came to tapes next season that AJ would be number 1. Hope we can get some good back up for him now.
Red Flag
Good news don't need tracks closing,I'm glad AJ will be back I've always enjoyed watching him ride unfortunately he never made it to Wolves this season

Guest
How will the welcomed decision by Lakeside Hammers to continue in the EL in 2016 affect the suggested interest of Kent Kings applying for Elite League status - especially as it was suggested Kings would race on Fridays? SCB
Good news they're back but it's a bit of a bugger that they have AJ, would have loved him at Coventry this season.

Even when AJ was not in UK speedway he said the only EL club he would ride for was Lakeside. I know riders say these things and half the time they don't mean them but AJ's record since he first signed for the promotion seems to back that up. Oh. and while we are after each others riders I would love to have Hans as second heatleader to AJ and I have always felt that if Bomber had a full season at Lakeside to get to grips with the track he could become a real force to be reckoned with. You can keep Kylmakorpi and Howarth if you like .

AJ always used to say he'd only ride for Coventry too They all say what suits them on any given day And thanks I'd be content with Joonas but I hope we don't have Howarth back. I'm amazed he's got to the level he has. He either turns too early or two late for every bend, meaning he either has to stop turning so misses the corner or he ends up going in wide. After Lakeside, Coventry is my next nearest club so I was more or less geared up for a few 180 mile round trips next year and to become a Bees supporter if Lakeside folded, but that decision is now put back a year. A reprieve for me or for Coventry, nor sure which !

BluPanther
Shame about Ellis but after two years he still struggles with the arena track. A year or two at the Showground would benefit Adam imo, as he really looked at home on his visits there..
