cyclone
Teams as per Official Edinburgh website:- EDINBURGH BORDER ROOFING MONARCHS: Sam Masters, Justin Sedgmen, Kevin Wolbert, Erik Riss, Craig Cook (capt.), Max Clegg, Liam Carr.(G) SHEFFIELD TIGERS: Aaron Summers(G), rider replacement for Ashley Birks, David Bellego, Cameron Heeps(G), Andre Compton, Arthur Sissis, Josh Bates. Appears Rob Branford's arm injury is taking longer to heal than expected and his target return date is now 24th July. With Erik Riss now number 5 in the Green Sheets, Monarchs will now track an all Australian pair and also an all German duo.
junior fan
Not good news on Rob, torn rotor cuffs can be a bad injury and usually require surgery and even the 24th seems optimistic. Junior
CaptainAudi
Interesting that we are going back to Sedgy at #2. Him and Kevin were a very effective pairing in the engine room of the team! Hopefully the new pairings work out!
hules
I think it's to cover for Masters,to many 1-5's in heat
TheScotsman
And Sedgy hopefully gives us good cover in heat 8. Could be a fair bit closer than it usually is against Sheffo. Would be nice if Cleggy could convert some of his NL scores to bigger PL ones. Against Sheffo's strong reserves this could be important. .
MD
Against Sheffo's strong reserves this could be important. If Bates can make it safely round 4 laps of the tight confines of Armadale it would be an achievement. Sissis is a classy rider but seems to lack aggression when required. Doubtful they will cause the home reserves too much trouble.
TheScotsman
If Bates can make it safely round 4 laps of the tight confines of Armadale it would be an achievement. Bates has beaten the mighty Jason Doyle round Armadale's tight confines!! And I think Bates has improved a bit since then!! And I don't think Liam Carr is quite ready for PL action yet. Mr Blobby
Another easy night at the office. Max Clegg was fantastic tonight best he has been all season, witch was great to see. He had a great pass on Heeps in heat 14 to win that as well. Cookie was on a different planet tonight beating his own track record by 0.4 of a second kind of sums up the speed he had tonight. Hope Compton is okay nasty fall he took.
hules
Max Clegg's win the only highlight of another forgetful night, that's three boring meetings in a row where we haven't had 2 full teams race at Armadale this season.
