Bryn
To start this thread, most Crayford and Hackney fans will remember the Kestrel News but at which track did 'Not The Kestrel News' appear? And in what year?
Guest
Was it also at Crayford - a junior team fanzine in 1983? It was "Not The Kestrel News".

Indeed it was "gustix" BUT if you have copies of the said magazine in your possession then you are disqualified from participating further in the quiz questions that will follow in due course!

Don't worry Bryn. I have never seen the aforesaid publication. Just fire your questions - if I have answers they will be genuine not cribbing from the magazine. Bryn
Next questions: 1. What was the score in Crayford's four heat home AJL match against the Reading Rivets on 10.05.1983? 2. Which current league side team manager rode for the Rivets? 3. Who were the three others who also rode for Reading that night?` and on a different tack... 4. Who finished bottom of the 1980 AJL? 5. And who finished second to bottom? Edited July 11, 2015 by Bryn
daveallan81
Bryn, is this a quiz or are you just trying to plug gaps in your stats? 1. Trick question! Crayford and Reading competed in the 1983 Southern JL. 19-5 to the homesters. 2. Chris Hunt 3. Wild guess - Chris Chaplin, Mike Warren & Phil Ranson. 4. Cradley Heath bottom, Milton Keynes 2nd bottom. Get the 1978 programmes out, I've got a one that could do with sorting out Edited July 11, 2015 by daveallan81
