Swedish Elitserien 2015, Round 9

Recommended Posts

Preliminary lineups round 9.

Elit Vetlanda - Piraterna

Meeting is live on Dutch & German ESP from 19.30 local time.

Summary on UK ESP at 21.30 UK time.

Elit Vetlanda - Piraterna (48-42)

Elit Vetlanda

  1. Tai Woffinden
  2. Peter Ljung
  3. Emil Sayfutdinov
  4. Tomas H Jonasson
  5. Bartosz Zmarzlik
  6. Rune Holta
  7. Kenny Wennerstam

Piraterna

  1. Greg Hancock
  2. Jonas Davidsson
  3. Piotr Pawlicki
  4. Adrian Miedzinski
  5. Chris Holder
  6. Victor Palovaara
  7. Fredrik Engman

For the third straight meeting, Jacob Thorssell is left outside the team. Holta have been pretty good but Thorssell haven't been bad at all.

Vetlanda should win pretty comfortably. It will also be interesting to see how the grin handles to be teammate with Miedzinski.

Other then that, it will probably be a quite boring meeting if the track is it's normal self. Most heats will be from the gates.

Rospiggarna-Dackarna (22-32)

Rospiggarna

  1. Andreas Jonsson
  2. Timo Lahti
  3. Grzegorz Walasek Grzegorz Zengota
  4. Mads Korneliussen
  5. Martin Vaculik
  6. John Lindman
  7. Andzejs Lebedevs

Dackarna

  1. Hans Andersen
  2. Michael Jepsen Jensen
  3. Nicki Pedersen
  4. Joonas Kylmäkorpi
  5. Krzysztof Buczkowski
  6. Mikael Max
  7. Joel Larsson

Should be a quite interesting meeting which I think Rospiggarna will win but Dackarna should be able to win the aggregated bonus,

Rospiggarna have signed Zengota as a replacement for Walasek until he is back from his shoulder injury.

For Rospiggarna both Lebedevs and Lindman gets a chance to show that they want to be in the lineup in future meetings.

Dackarna have finally decided to use three Swedes again after using Jensen as a Swedish rider for a few meetings.

Indianerna - Smederna (49-41)

Indianerna

  1. Antonio Lindbäck
  2. Fredrik Lindgren
  3. Piotr Protasiewicz
  4. Artem Laguta
  5. Niels-Kristian Iversen
  6. Mikkel Bech
  7. Joel Andersson

Ikaros Smederna

  1. Magnus Zetterström Przemyslaw Pawlicki
  2. Kenni Larsen R/R (all riders can be used for R/R heats).
  3. Grigorij Laguta
  4. Peter Karlsson
  5. Mikkel Michelsen
  6. Linus Eklöf
  7. Przemyslaw Pawlicki Daniel Henderson

Smederna without Przedpelski and Kenni will face a big uphill battle to salvage any points against Indianerna

who normally are very strong at their home track. However Smederna have a history of doing very good at Indianernas track.

The past two seasons we've done very good against Indianerna in Kumla, loosing only by 2p in 2013 and 2014

despite not having full teams. This is also the 3rd straight meeting in Kumla where Kenni have been unable to ride due to injury.

In 2014 we also had Laguta injured and Przedpelski was not allowed to ride by Torun.

Whats up with Hancock and Miedzinski?

Greg have been very vocal against Nicki's rriding style but now Greg got someone who is worse as a teammate.

So it will be interesting to see how Greg will handle that.

There is also a change for tonight, Magnus Zetterström have pulled out due to illness and he will be replaced with Daniel Henderson.

This means that Pawlicki will be moved up to nr1 and that Henderson will take Pawlickis place on the reserve.

SVEMO has to do something with RR rules. It is a joke again. Replacements for non injured riders every round.

I'd say that a single national federation can't do much on their own. R/R needs to be overhauled but it needs to be done by FIM.

I don't know what illness he claims to have be hypothetically it could be something as

simple as dehydration. It has been very hot of continental Europe so it is possible

that he haven't taken care of himself.
