customhouseregular
I admit I have not seen either "in the flesh" but I do keep abreast of what's happening. If these two were to meet in a series of match races at a neutral venue, who would be the likely winner?.I for one would like to see this. Filth
Wilson-Dean has beaten him at both Birmingham and at Eastbourne I believe
customhouseregular
That's why I would like to see it at a neutral venue
Filth
Well if Wilson Dean can beat zach around zachs own track then what would a neutral venue achieve
Islander15
Having seen both 'in the flesh' I think Zach has improved more during this season but BWD started at a higher standard. But they're 2 very different riders with wry different backgrounds.
david2905
Zach is getting better all the time, to the extent he's capable of beating Adam Ellis now, true Wilson Dean came out on top earlier in the season, highly doubt he would now though, think there's a potential Tai/Darcy in Zach on current performance. Filth
We'll get to see them both in action on Wednesday at lynn I hear
Alex2000
Wilson Dean I reckon
uk_martin
Having seen both 'in the flesh' I think Zach has improved more during this season but BWD started at a higher standard. But they're 2 very different riders with wry different backgrounds. I'd go along with this. Both are on an upward learning curve. ZW started at a lower point than BWD but his learning curve is steeper. By the end of the season, I think you'll find that ZW will have the edge on BWD. More to the point...which will be the first to be snaffled up by a PL team...???
steven101
Well brad has said he has a PL guest booking this week, so he wins that one i think, he has also had PL teams after him but has turned them down. Both are extremely good riders, i would say brad edges it but maybe thats me being biassed.
Alex2000
I believe that Rye house was a premier league team that wanted him but he was an assessed 5 point average which was to high for what they wanted
BWDFAN
BWD all the way But then seeing as he is my Nephew I am a little biased lol.
Filth
BWD has had 3 offers from PL teams even with his 5.00 average I believe
TurnTwo
zach is good without a doubt, but zach hasn't ridden at number 1 yet where he would face the likes of: Morley Wilson -Dean Ellis Greenwood Branford Atkins Armstrong Clegg halsey at least twice a match (3 times if in heat 15) where wilson dean has and where he has had two maximums
david2905
zach is good without a doubt, but zach hasn't ridden at number 1 yet where he would face the likes of: Morley Wilson -Dean Ellis Greenwood Branford Atkins Armstrong Clegg halsey at least twice a match (3 times if in heat 15) where wilson dean has and where he has had two maximums He's beating all comers when since he's been started to be put in heat 15, and the occasional other heat where he faces them now, certainly had the better of Clegg and Halsey at PB, which keep in mind is Cleggs home track too, easier said than done for him to ride at NO1 when he started on 3.00 and the man he's trying to dislodge from that position is considered to have had a bad night when he's only scored 12!. I reckon Drury will have a real headache about who to send to the rider championship when the time comes, isn there a wildcard or something where both could get in ?, I think Zach and Ellis would be battling as much between themselves as anyone else. catinthehat
Wilson Dean wins hands down Zach is good and had also ridden a lot more races in his racing career including grass track then Wilson Dean has only 30 races in a full season back in NZ, They both started the season with accessed averages, Wilson Dean with a 5 and Zach with a 3 (really both have never ridden in the league so should have both been (3) as wilson dean has the paper work to be English. So lets say he was on a 3 pointer as he should have been. Wilson Dean 3 / 5 point average to 10 points in the first month Zach went from 3 to an 8.57 Wilson Dean starts the season at No 4 first average some where Zach is now, Wilson Dean bangs in big scores same as Zach but Zach is at reserve, so a bit of a false average for Zach, Wilson Dean goes to N0 1 for the first average and has only dropped a few points since, Zach gets to have the better starts when he is at N0 4 but when or of Zach goes to N0 1 will really tell you how good he is. But how really cares who is better Zach or Wilson Dean, We the public are just happy to watch both of them race. who is better Ward or Holder? Wilson Dean has not been beaten by Zach this year and has beaten him at his home track and BWD has only been to Perry Barr one time before? why put extra pressure on Zach to prove he is the better one, Wilson Dean is at the age where this is great your talking about him and he does his talking on the Track, Zach will take it as more pressure which is unfair. At the end of the year will be a good comparison with averages and thats it, but more of a worry Birmingham can't afford for Zach to get hurt as he is the trump card for them this year. I wish both riders a happy safe season. Edited July 7, 2015 by catinthehat
gaptooth
I believe if these two had a match race Brad would win on any track you chose.

Alex2000
Looks like we'll be finding out tomorrow. Not really fair test tomorrow as they are racing together not against each other
Heathen1984
David how did zach have the beating of Clegg then??? Raced each other twice and both won one each. Bradley Wilson Dean is the better rider at the moment.
