Black Angus
Yeah..I would go Brady kurtz or Lawson for Ulrich and fish, kus or Hansen for grondal..and r/r for MPT...or even Roynan for MPT and r/r for Grondal..got a feeling Roynan has beef with Panthers though and who can blame him when we choose a Joe average foreigner instead of dropping him back in. Ever heard of averages, Lukas? You sound as naive as your promotion.
TheScotsman
That's SO unfair on the promotion.
SCB
At the minute we have two six man teams, three guests, and two rider replacements, in other words a true reflection and a typical speedway meeting in this Country. I can't wait to hear the PL fans spin this one. If an EL meeting had line ups like this the PL fans would be sticking the boot in. I'll just say once again, British Speedway has problems, the EL and the PL have pretty much the same problems. Yet some PL (and EL tbf) seem to want to pretend they don't exist. crescent girl
What's unfair on a promotion is that Peterborough are arriving with a strange-looking line-up thrust upon Berwick's promotion (and Sky Sports) at a very late date. The Bandits have a guest and r/r because their No 1 and No 2 men in their averages are injured. Part and parcel of speedway, and always has been. The Panthers are injury-free, yet now announce a team with two guests and r/r. At the very least, that sounds naive.

Lets hope Panthers get a couple of strong guests and come away with 4 league points!

As a fan, I tell you what is unfair, I want a full Berwick team against a full Peterborough team. I dont mind losing to a better team as long as we go down fighting, dont want another meeting like Glasgow, yes Berwick won and some fans eyes a win is a win, but Glasgow turned up with 2 riders in race mode, thy result was Berwick were flattered by the score.
diamond_ren
Surely either Richard Lawson/ Nick Morris for Ostergaard & Roynon for MPT then just use R/R for Grondal would be the best solution by the looks of things
spittalbandit
Havent a clue how it works. Do peterborough get premier league or nl league guests as their riders away on danish domestic league meeting.

PL guests allowed this season (Newcastle at Sheffield had Wilkinson & Doolan for Rosen & Lindgren).
spittalbandit
Thanks for clearing that up. Hopefully with decent guests it will be close meeting.
screm
We can argue all day about what has happened and point the blame finger at Peterborough Speedway all you want, but this is another meeting that is going to be broadcast to the widest possible audience our sport has just now and once again it shows speedway in this Country in a very poor light.
LagutaRacingFan
We have Robert Lambert, the reason this is on Sky is because of him. Not because of Berwick's 2nd rate riders.
peterborough daz
I would go for Lawson and either Todd Kurtz or Kus
crescent girl
The guests will be like-for-like and Panthers with benefit from r/r for Grondal, who wouldn't have scored many. The changes therefore favour the Panthers, so the contest will be as close as if had they brought their Danes. Lambert is there, and he's the big attraction. Sky being in town will add a touch of glamour to the occasion. Not Berwick's fault by any stretch.
screm
Not Berwick's fault by any stretch. No one is/has laid the blame with Berwick, but thanks for reminding us.

Well said. We need to move on from this, "it's Peterboroughts fault" or "it's a PL problem". It's a speedway problem and it's speedways fault. The BSPA as a collective need to start sorting this kind of crap out.
