OveFundinFan
I dont know the age of Sundstrom, but that selection doesnt hold up to much for Swedens future. No 17 and 18 would be a good chance for younger riders to soak up the atmosphere.
Ghostwalker
Sundström is only 25 so I think he is a good choice, especially since he have been doing well this season. Peter Ljung though is a not so good choice though. As for the younger riders, there aren't that many suitable. Berntzon could have been a choice but he has had problems with injuries and bad form since the end of last season.
Shale Searcher
Another "double weekend" of GP's, is this a good thing to have GP's on consecutive weekends? Doesn't give riders much time to shake off bruises/strains/dislocations, whereas a fortnight can be enough...........

Eglese 19
5 minute preview for this weekend's GP, plenty of stats and facts https://youtu.be/tshzOwJSCHk If this one doesn't finish that'll be half this year so far.
Ghostwalker
I really hope they cover it and run 12 heats in the rain, I wanna watch ekstraliga not boring GP's... I disagree. They should not. If the weather is not good enough No racing should be commenced as long as it rains.

That is more than then I pay for the Elitserien meetings on Cmore.

Does any fan actually value this boring, sterile crappy, over long farce of a gp series ahead of league racing at any level?

CB252
At least 1, each to their own I guess The problem with the GP series is that you've literally got one rider (Pedersen) with some charisma, and the rest of them who are all in bed together, so you've got no prospect of any controversy before you even start. Couple that with the fact that there are at least twice as many rounds as there needs to be. I suppose the main reason for my apathy is that it's totally destroyed Saturday night speedway in the UK.

I think the greyhound track owners wanting Saturday nights destroyed it before BSI ever did.
