cyclone
Teams as per Edinburgh Official Website:- EDINBURGH BORDER ROOFING MONARCHS: Nick Morris, rider replacement for Rob Branford, Theo Pijper, Justin Sedgmen, Craig Cook (capt.), Max Clegg, Erik Riss.PLYMOUTH DEVILS: Kyle Newman, Jack Holder, Morten Risager, Todd Kurtz, Ryan Fisher, Sam Simota, guest for Roland Benko. Messrs Morris & Pijper guest for SGP Challenge Semi Finalists Masters & Wolbert. This will be Nick Morris's first appearance at the Dale this season and I think will do a decent job for us on the night, as James Grieves used to do when guesting for us previously. CaptainAudi
Morris and Pijper don't really weaken us IMO, so should still win comfortably enough. Hopefully the Fish rolls back the years to mark the significance of the night and puts in a good performance, looking forward to see how Holder goes around Armadale. Hope for a good meeting most of all after last weeks "meeting"! Il go for for a 56-36 win, and hopefully both our lads do the business in the GP qualifiers! MD
im affraid this is one person who give tonite a big miss, Surely supporting your team is greater than the choice of a guest rider, especially when your promotion have openly said crowds for some recent matches have been below break even.
whowasthatberntpersson
Nick morris in a Edinburgh race jacket! never thought i would see the day. The irony of speedway. Recognition that the powers of Edinburgh speedway recognise his talent rather than judge on a one off racing incident. This is classic stuff. Not complaining Morris is one of the best riders I've seen ride round Armadale and is a pleasure to watch round the place.

Pob
Sounds like a right farce of a meeting . Ok you can only beat what's in front of you but was this really fair . Suppose there is curfew to think of but you got to feel for the fans .
spt82
Despite the score line and the late arrivals, there was some decent races tonight, very impressed with Jack Holder on his first Armadale appearance looks a fine prospect 👌🏻 You can't really help what happened with some riders getting stuck in traffic just one these unfortunate things.
DavyH
My Chatzone ramblings tonight... After last week's farce I was looking forward to some decent speedway before my 6 weeks in France especially with the Fish involved, sadly the M6 put paid to that! It's harsh to criticise Plymouth given their travel problems but only Jack Holder put up any resistance with Simota getting a couple of 2nd's too. Fair play to the ref for delaying the start and allowing extra time for Risager and Ryan to get on track within seconds of arriving but neither were ready to race in truth. For Monarchs, Erik was once again the star with a paid 18 maximum, clutch was working tonight! Nick Morris had to work hard in a couple of races but proved to be a good guest. Theo looked poor in his first two races before finishing strongly. Justin scored well despite a loss to Simota then a last in heat 15, Cook was rubbish, only a paid max and equalled the track record He looked after Erik well in heat 4. Max had an up and down night with a win, paid win, 2 min exclusion and a fall! Credit to Scott Wilson for keeping us entertained with the interviews with so many riders from the Armadale era on our 500th meeting. Here's to the next 500!night....
