mdmc82
Obviously some average manipulation by us tonightThink sadly it's most likely that they were made to look better Thur due to another team average manipulating 😞 When are they going to get rid of Zagar? rainman
If his head isn't in it he won't score and that could be the only reason you won't make the play offs Edited June 20, 2015 by rainman
Rob B
Think people forgetting this is first time Belle Vue have been to Leicester with a full strength team. Â Last time we lost by 10 and had R/R for Zagar which scored 2 and Simon Stead scored 1. I was wrong, Zagar could score worst, ridiculous!!! BluPanther
I wonder how much Zagar's one point has cost Belle Vue tonight. Shocking performance...

I've heard from a mate that he was intentionally dropping his average so they can fit Ward in.
Coventry_Bee
My first visit to Leicester tonight, I must say what a great little stadium you have. As a Bees fan if we get something like that I would be really happy.id quite like 1 stand and I am not quite sure why they didn't extend the building that' holds the track shop but that's me being picky. I think at Brandon we are spoilt with being able to see the pits area as the only problem I find is the pits are the wrong way round but like I said we are lucky that way at Coventry, it gives very little interaction with the riders the way you have it set up, especially for youngsters to be able to see the riders, bikes warming up etc.but on the whole you get a great view no matter where you stand, it's so close to the track it's brilliant. Catering, toilets etc were all you need from a stadium that has around 15 ish pay days a year. The track held up well and with the inconsistent weather they did a great job on it. Â Onto the racing!! Â Leicester did well, it's quite a short run to first bend but it's so wide I think the tracks ok, not much passing but that was maybe down to conditions. Belle Vue had too many riders having an off night. Zagar was an embarrassment to the club, that's all I want to say as he put no effort in what so ever. Cook struggled with bike issues and didn't look great all night, ok but nothing like you would expect. Scott had an iffy first 2 rides then got stuck in, a hard first bend in his 3rd ride and he was gone. Max was very good, looked fast and really tried his best. Â The lions deserved there win, the people who made this all possible deserve a pat on the back as it serves the purpose for speedway, no holes due to stock cars, no standing far back because of grey hound track. Â Will be back again for sure, sets a super template for other clubs to follow. All we need is some land in Coventry and a move would be welcomed from the crumbling stadium that's had its day, we can't live in the past otherwise the bees have no future. Â Thank you Leicester speedway !!! Top Job
mdmc82
I've heard from a mate that he was intentionally dropping his average so they can fit Ward in.Lol. How would that make sense when Zagar would be the rider he would be replacing as no 1. Surely they would have needed him to get his average up 😂😂😂Â On way to Swindon anyway after Thursday's antics Edited June 20, 2015 by mdmc82

Mad Potter 2
Zagar would struggle to hold his place in the National League
Wanderer
Not much track time over here, but the Aces riders who ride over seas have been ok (i think)lol. Cookie was on fire in the Brirtish final and he rides Leicester well, I fancy a 4 pointer for Belle vue here, so I'm going to stick my neck out and go for an away win 8-12 points. It may have been a tough ask for The British No 2 to ride at No 3 and score 3 points, I remember Belle Vue putting R Worrall at No 3 at Poole and when he only scored 2+1 he was sacked. Is this where the cookie crumbles;)

Coventry_Bee
Actions spoke a thousand words last night, he was just odd. Heat 1 he could have caused a crash while getting lapped. If his bike was broke then pull into pits or centre green!! He showed no effort or interest in being there all night. Belle Vue want fans to come and support the team away, why should they when there number "1" rider can't be arsed in turning up. arnieg
Only 35 minute sunbreak last night. (Even though it was overcast all day and raining during the parade!) Â So what happens week Monday when SKY roll up? Can't see us having a 45 minute break then, but don't think Doyle, in particular, will be happy to carry on riding.

No doubt it will be the same scenario that happened at Kings Lynn during the World Cup when strangely the meeting carried on regardless without a sunbreak because the Sky cameras were there. We'll see.
one of clubs
I went to Leicester last night and was very angry at that joke Zagar. If you cannot be arsed and you clearly couldn't, then resign. I cannot abide riders who do not try and put no effort in. I would rather a junior be given a go. At least he would try. Just a note about the programme notes last night on the subject of the supporters club coach to Cardiff in support of Jason Doyle. Why?, is he British?. I hate seeing that.

Where does it say that you have to support a British rider at Cardiff? People can support whomever they want and given that Jason rides for Leicester, it's a no brainer that their fans may want to go to Cardiff to support him! Â Sheesh!
