Brooksy
Glad to be proven wrong. If we can get points at Foxhall, then we can get points anywhere. Happy days!
Pob
And who was sponsoring the meeting, only his personal sponsor, surprise surprise!!! Should've given it to Richie Worrall, if only we had kept him as back up to Danny like a lot of us wanted. Well I think we can say goodbye to the play-off this season 4 points from 12 at home won't get us there, you need to win most at home and anything on the road is a bonus. All does not seem rosy in the Ipswich camp at the moment and we need rid of the bad apples. Be interesting to see what the crowd is like for the next home meeting, because if this carries on it will be only us diehard fools still suffering every week. The track was crap with no dirt on the outside for someone like Nico who busts his balls out wide and was going nowhere, something is wrong. Get well soon Bob! Ipswich boss Phil Hilton said: “There can be no excuses tonight about the riding conditions as the track was very well prepared so I am lost as to why our riders still appear unable to ride on it as we all know they can. Super Blue
Glad to be proven wrong. If we can get points at Foxhall, then we can get points anywhere. Happy days! At the moment just about any team can come to Foxhall and get points ! Our total inability to ride our own track is the problem and it shouldn't be happening , even a racer like Nico couldn't get anything out of it last night . Track prep and a home teams ability to adapt go hand in hand for home advantage . Im no Speedway scientist or psychologist but something is wrong somewhere in the fold and needs sorting before our season is over !

2ndbendbeerhut
Track looked rubbish tbh. Slick and in desperate need for more water early on. Also looked bumpy in the corners. But was same for both sides....

A genuine question: Do you mean negativity from the supporters or management ?
Cliffeboy
Wasn't there and have never been to Foxhall but could it just be that on the night Somerset had a good night. Ippo nicked a draw at our place early season, after previously getting battered most of the time. I don't remember there being a stewards enquiry after trying to fathom out why we had not won, just put it down to a bad performance. Somerset have a decent side this season it is no disgrace that you cannot beat them, only Rye have managed it in the league this season so far. The problem is more general as we are dropping a lot of points at home; not just this match
