SteveLyric2
It was but that's a detail that those blue specs don't recognise, anything to get a win. However, we should never forget that Coventry got a win over 10 heats at Swindon last season & I don't recall any Coventry fans thinking this was wrong. The only difference was that the Robin's riders came out in heat 10 under protest, they did not stay in the pits. All injuries do not show up immediately, there can be a later re-action as is often the case with knee injuries. Exactly what happened with Maciej earlier this season!!
mdmc82
Didn't seem to be causing Garrity too many problems monday night!! ?? Confused. He got the injury when he fell in the final. When did he come out and ride after that? Seeing as we are going to win with the full 15 Heats being completed I wonder what Gary Havelock's excuse will be after the meeting. Why would there be any excuses. If Poole win the meeting fairly at home which I imagine they will then I'm sure he will congratulate them as he has on Twitter on other occasions when Poole have had a good meeting against other teams. mdmc82
With himself ? Did Hans take bomber off too ? Somebody said Sarjeant hit the air fence in frustration at coming last and compared it to fight yesterday as a joke. That's all I have seen on Twitter so not aware of anything else. Yes Hans apparently had trouble turning and hit Harris. Andersen struggling tonight We are beating ourselves tonight. Robson & Hans Need to stay on the bike instead of getting excluded. mdmc82
He will be greatly missed for his teams if he's injuredIt's really sad to read all the comments on Twitter of Poole fans cheering whilst he was being treated and also laughing that he needed an ambulance. It's meant to be a family sport regardless of who you support and you should never take joy in seeing a rider hurt. I remember the respect Coventry fans showed Holder when he had his accident at our track, showing concern for him and quiet whilst he was being treated then giving him applause as he came round in ambulance to show support. I know it's not all Poole fans but the large amount that do it let the others down. Edited June 17, 2015 by mdmc82
Steve0
Poole to win this one easily. Bomber and King will still be licking their wounds from a poor performance in the SWC race off and Poole will have Magic riding so I think it will be 52-38. Not too far out with my prediction. Can't believe anyone thought it would be closer - although Coventry managed to keep it close for a while.
SCB
Not too far out with my prediction. Can't believe anyone thought it would be closer - although Coventry managed to keep it close for a while. Because nobody expected Hans to fail to beat an opponent?! If he had score 6 then Coventry would have got a point. As for Robbo, Coventry have about 5.8 points available if they replace him. Now Robbo is a nice guy and all that but is he the answer when we have so much to play with?

Why oh why did the cheering take place? I for one hope that next season we are in the premier league. Of course that is dependant on us still having a stadium.
