Beowulf
I currently have Sky sports and Sky Movies. Reviewing my overall finances I have decided to cut back and think Sky is too expensive. I would miss the GP's (particularly as Tai is likely to be bidding for the title for a few year's yet) but would not be too bothered about the Elite League. I think I read somewhere that the GP's are uploaded to Youtube. A quick check on Youtube, and indeed all of this year's complete GP's are there. Does anybody know how soon after the GP's they are uploaded, next day, next week, later ? Please excuse me if it's a 'silly question' as I don't use Youtube at all. Any other alternative suggestions would be warmly welcomed (except going down the pub to watch - we're economising here!)
willstaxi
Try Eurosport player and get all their programmes online I think it costs £3.99 per month
SCB
Well I was going to say go down the pub - d'oh! They tend to take a day or two. But there are often streams online to watch it live. It's technically illegal, but I think the illegal side is the person streaming it not the person watching it. Another option is http://www.eurosportplayer.co.uk/ costs £4 a month in seems. or £39.99 for a year. Gets you GPs, SWC and Swedish speedway legally. bruno
I'm also thinking of getting rid of sky but am I right in thinking eurosport would still be available through the sky box as a free view channel
severnsider
Eurosport is part of the variety bundle so as long as you have this you would have Eurosport.
customhouseregular
I don't have Sky but can watch Eurosport on my pc as my son has Sky and can include 3 remote devices alongside his tv. He has added his iphone, his tablet and my pc so I can watch for free. If Beowulf has a relative or friend witha Sky package they may be able to arrange something. Beowulf
Eurosport is part of the variety bundle so as long as you have this you would have Eurosport. Interesting, do you have any more details about this variety package? Thanks to everyone for their kind replies so far. Hmm, it appears that Eurosport (in HD) is included in the family pack, and is slightly cheaper too.

SCB
was looking at this myself... does anybody know if you can mirror this from your mobile device to your TV... I know SkyGo blocks this feature Yes, it works on TVs according to the website. "Eurosport Player is also available on Samsung, LG and Panasonic connected TVs ! Download the app on the store and enjoy a new TV experience, complementary to "classic" TV !" and "rom your desktop or your mobile devices, play Eurosport Player on your TV wirelessly to enjoy all the sporting action in big!"
