mrlincolncity
Hmm, im not so sure, i think thursdays meeting could be an absolute cracker. With a bit of luck, we can win it
Woz01
I think it will be fairly tight with 3 teams challenging but it looks to me GB will fall a little short. Hopefully I'm wrong!

Chris
I appreciate some people on here are stupid, but writing off King is pretty disrespectful. How many thought Lambert would beat the World Champion? Not me!Unless there is someone considered a track specialist, and guaranteed to score lots more (which to my knowledge there isn't), lets give the same four the chance to prove people right/wrong.Chances are Poland are going to be streets ahead of everyone else, but this is speedway, anything could happen. He scored zero in the final last year & was horribly out of his depth. A Coventry fan above said he's a gater? He isn't & made one gate on Monday. Never going to be any better than he is now. He's never been rated so can't have been written off. Â Howarth in as like you say the poles are streets ahead.
TheReturn
I suppose the Danes would prefer not to have the Poles in the final so Olsen will set up the track for the 'race-off' to disadvantage them i.e not much dirt. Will that be an advantage to GB and Russia? Not for Harris, he is not a gater so a bald track is not his thing.

If Kings isn't a gater he must falling into the racer category but I can count he passes I have seen by Danny King on one hand. Right now I only need one finger. He is very much a gater. Chris
At EL level maybe, but I'm talking about WC level. He's one nor other really. A bit of a meh rider who's made the most of limited ability. Edited June 10, 2015 by Chris
Fromafar
If the Russians could solve their disputes and put out their 4 best riders they would give the Poles a run for their money.
Marksman
I really hope Howarth gets a chance, but it's a very tough situation for Rosco, he can't really win whatever the decision. King rode well on Monday, but I think we all know he probably won't score half of what he did on Monday.

mdmc82
If he rode like he did last year we would have qualified !!! He was terrible last year wasn't he. Maybe he needed to rehydrate 😂 True, imagine if the Aussies had Darcy riding as well. If Ward's Performance in the World Cup last year is anything to go by then it would have been advantage team GB

brandonbee48
Always the biggest question about Vojens is the weather forecast. Well, amazingly, it looks very good.  http://www.accuweather.com/en/dk/vojens/126186/hourly-weather-forecast/126186?hour=17  But- Ole is working on it  Regards. Alan. Yes, cant spell his name - Buscowski or something like. Krzysztof Buczkowski  . Regards. Alan.
E I Addio
[quote name="TheReturn" post="2627129" timestamp="1433944648 I appreciate some people on here are stupid, but writing off King is pretty disrespectful. How many thought Lambert would beat the World Champion? Not me   Bit of an irony there after calling other people stupid.  Since Hancock has in the past been beaten by the likes of Justin Sedgemen and Robert Mear, the possibility of him being beaten by Lambert was always in the frame. Modern Speedwáy engines are so temperamental that the slightest error in set up or the most minor fault can have a big impact on speed. Greg looked very fast in his opening races, but when Lambert beat him he was also caught and passed by Morris. That is very unusual for Greg when he hits the front. When you consider that in a later heat Greg finished last after being passed by a Latvian who only scored 3 points in the whole meeting it does seem to indicate Gregs bike was not all it should be after the first few races. screm
IMO the same four from Kings Lynn deserve their chance again tonight, apart from Lambert`s tape touching they did all that was asked of them. No disrespect to Kyle Howarth, but I do see what he could do that King or Lambert couldn't.
weatherwatcher
Don't forget, if you want to watch the run off tonight, or the final on Saturday. It is NOT being shown on Eurosport. They are being shown on QUEST. Both meetings are scheduled for a 6 p.m start time. Just thought I would let folks know, as there is nothing worse than turning on the tellie, to find that the programme you want to watch is not on the Listings. It is on Sky 167, to save you having to trawl through all the stations. Edited June 11, 2015 by weatherwatcher
