mdmc82
Big words from tai!! But it is needed to be able to compete on the world stage! The BSPA are becoming a joke. Coventry trying to take a stand and now Tai. Something needs to be done.
weatherwatcher
2 young riders should have been given the chance to blood themselves tonight. Bomber and King have been in the world cup and they have given the same results every time, they do quite well on home soil, but when they go over the water they just havn't got what it takes. So I really think it would have made a lot of sense with 2 new riders, we where never going to win, this was always going to be Polands night and good luck to them they got the points they needed, they got the second places when the Brits came last, this is not good enough from 1 GP rider anda Brit who has been in world meetings for a number of years never quite giving his all, mainly because they are not good enough, to beat these young Polish riders. What ever happened we would not have won anyway, so to me it made sense to bring the lads in and give them a shot, maybe just maybe they could have picked up those valuble points that the other 2 failed to do.

Mark
The BPSA could start by putting Lambert in the British Final as a seed. Ridiculous he can represent his country but not get a wild card.
SCB
Lambert has surely shown tonight, he's our 2nd best rider. He scored 8 from 4 in a meeting where Bart Zmarzlik who has won a GP scored 10 from 5 shows he's up there with the best of the U21s in the World and the best of GP wildcards. He should be at Cardiff regardless of GB final results. Â Just listening to his interview there post meeting, what a smashing lad with a great attitude and approach. Wolfsbane
How to understand any decisions made/not made by the BSPA. Â Follow the money.
orion
The BSPA are becoming a joke. Coventry trying to take a stand and now Tai. Something needs to be done. Becoming ...Horton should work for them as he is the biggest joke in speedway .
Arson fire
Again...reserve rule (which is aimed directly at Poland because we care to train and invest in young riders. It makes speedway the only sport where they gimp leaders instead of forcing weaker teams to catch up). The reason why the reserve rider can't ride in place of the injured is simple. Because weaker teams have no riders. All FiM and BSI do is create rules to limit our and Denmark's potencial while doing nothing to improve situation in other countries. Maybe its because poland think they are the b all and end all of speedway?? Holding riders and other countries to ransom like a dictatorship!!...The BSPA are becoming a joke. Coventry trying to take a stand and now Tai. Something needs to be done.took you a while but you finally managed to get coventry a mention, been waiting days for that opportunity i bet
pandorum
What would you like the BSPA to do to improve Team GB? The most blindingly obvious is Test matches at all levels both in the UK and Europe and maybe Australia.

Mark
Bomber had a poor night for a GP rider. King average night for a rider of his 3rd / 4th ranking. Lambert outstanding with one ride less. Woofy on a different level to the others   FIM WORLD CUP RACE-OFF, Vojens, DenmarkPOLAND 48: Maciej Janowski 14, Krzysztof Buczkowski 13, Przemyslaw Pawlicki 11, Bartosz Zmarzlik 10,GREAT BRITAIN 43: Tai Woffinden 21, Robert Lambert 8, Danny King 7, Chris Harris 7.USA 22: Greg Hancock 12, Ryan Fisher 5, Gino Manzares 3, Max Ruml 2.RUSSIA 11: Vitaly Belousov 5, Andrei Kudriashov 4, Renat Gafurov 2, (3 riders only). Yea look at all those Test Matches Denmark ride .....the bottom line is that they lose tons of money who ever runs them hence why they are not ridden anymore . CB252
The most blindingly obvious is Test matches at all levels both in the UK and Europe and maybe Australia. I've given up asking why we can't have test matches anymore. We moan that riders like King don't have any international experience, but fail to arrange any internationals to assist them! Â This when we have all the top Aussies, and most of the Danes, based in the UK. Yea look at all those Test Matches Denmark ride .....the bottom line is that they lose tons of money who ever runs them hence why they are not ridden anymore . The Danes rode in a test match in Poland recently.

pandorum
Not sure about Aus but Test matches in UK and Europe are needed. Don't a group of youngsters go there every year? So why not organise a match against similar from OZ
CB252
The Poles have also held a couple of tests against select sides this year. They take it seriously as a team and thus reap the benefits. Â Organise a series, try and find a sponsor (God forbid), promote it (God forbid) and charge a reasonable price to get in.
Arson fire
Not really. We just know what to do to keep speedway healthy. If nothing will change soon You'll be watching riders like Harris winning SGP because the rest will move to SEC. so the no reserve rule is aimed to stop poland, Not likely.
