Rye House V Berwick... Premier League... 31st May 5pm

Recommended Posts

There are plenty of riders about, there are so many misconceptions that there's a shortage of riders.

A squad system, only Brits at reserve and a slightly lower points limit for your 1-7 in each meeting is a very simple solution.

So WHERE are all these riders ??

Great score, shame about the rest. Alex 'give up' Edberg another corker today.

With our big hitting number 1 there I'm sure we will yeah.

Again, lot's of positive things to say. Obvious you have an personal agenda with the team, the promotion and in particular Ben Barker. Tedious.

Thank you Michael Palm Toft, you can come back again! What a performance. Certainly a better outcome than I thought this would be when I heard the line up this morning. A track we never do well at, so I was expecting a heavy defeat. A similar sort of outcome in the Cup would do.

With a full team I can see Berwick getting past Rye House in the cup top marks to MPT for a superb performance as a guest. For what it's worth Ben scored a paid 15 point maximum there last year for Plymouth so covering his rides with r/r was always going to be difficult.

Very pleasant result considering we only had 3 of our boys...

MPT; Take a bow. Simply sensational. Didn't just gate.. done his passing from the back. Would welcome him back in our colours any day.

Good effort from Rob Branford and Jan Graversen too..

Alex; well. .. hard to fathom. Scored 7&2 from 5 guesting for Rye last year yet struggled badly this year.

Doodles did good and TJ a bit down on what I thought he'd score but he was due a bad one considering the good start he's had for us..

Interested to see what sort of line up we bring for the cup.. I'll be as pessimistic as I was today just to save me from getting any hopes up

Decent meeting with some good racing. Bandits hit the jackpot with MPT, but Graversen was disappointing. Poor return from Nikolaj due to bike troubles which negated the Barker RR score.

I'm sure Nikolaj is relieved his bike problems were today and not yesterday. Cracking meeting though and Ed appeared to have heat 15 nailed until, you know what, he looked behind allowing Palm-Toft up the inside at the end of the first lap. One of these days he is going to turn into a pillar of salt like Lot's wife.

Excellent meeting at the launch pad tonight, and as for Palm toft, that was one of the finest performances I've ever seen from a visiting rider at rye.

Could be a regular visitor to Rye for guesting on the basis of that performance
