4. Lewis Blackbird

5. Ulrich Ostergaard

6. Oliver Greenwood

7. Simon Lambert

Plymouth Devils

Any ideas on news of guests or Robert Lamberts injury?

Also thought this maybe put back to later in the day, due to Moisture issues with the track preperation..

Replace Ashley Morris with Todd Kurtz Edited by Noodles

Gutted for Ashley Morris, a rider who has come back from a bad injury, and scoring very well. Will get signed up somewhere else, that's for sure. But you cant blame Plymouth, if Todd Kurtz becomes available then, its a no brainer, just unfortunate.

Hard to get excited for the meeting not knowing the guest/line ups.

PANTHERS SEEK BANK HOLIDAY BACKING

Saturday May 23, 2015

PETERBOROUGH promoter Ged Rathbone has urged fans to turn out in force as they hit the Travel Plus Tours KO Cup trail on Bank Holiday Monday.

The Readypower Panthers entertain Plymouth at the East of England Showground (2pm) in the opening leg of a first round tie.

And Rathbone is hoping for bumper crowd as his team bid to put one foot in the quarter-finals by building up a sizeable advantage against a Devils team they have already beaten on three occasions this season.

He said: Im looking forward to staging a big Bank Holiday meeting and Im very hopeful of a big crowd as well.

We are running at a very family-friendly time. We will do all we can to provide some great action on the track and there will also be a bouncy castle to entertain the little ones.

Weve been on a superb run of results of late and the lads deserve to have plenty of support.

"We are also determined to have a good cup run, but we cannot afford to under-estimate Plymouth.

Some people might think it will be a doddle to go through to the next round as we have already beaten them three times, but that definitely will not be the case.

"They pushed us far too close for comfort on their last visit to the Showground and we cannot let that happen again.

And given Plymouth have just signed Todd Kurtz, who we all know can fly around our track from guest appearances last season, they are a stronger team now.

We need every bit of backing and the fans to turn out in force.

Panthers set to use the rider replacement facility at number one with no suitable guest available due to the high volume of fixtures taking place on Monday.

The second leg of the KO Cup tie is scheduled for Thursday, June 18 at the St Boniface Arena

In the latest press release it says Robert Lambert has been given the all clear to ride, so he should be there. Seems like every man, woman and child is off to Wembley on Monday for the Middlesbrough v Norwich clash in the Championship play off final except me, so I'll be at the Showground for this, and Friday too hopefully. Apparently Kurtz is riding for Plymouth and not Ashley Morris and with only R/R at number one for the Panthers, it could make things interesting...

Probably some people have suddenly found football down Norwich & Middlesbrough way (Posh took 25,000 to Wembley but only 25% regularly attend London Road) but you wouldn't know that there was a match on down our way, so doubt that'll be a factor
