Baldyman
It's not very often I would say anything like this, but I hope Plymouth give us a right good stuffing.

mudflaps
so whats gone wrong at Ippo? Looked a good team on paper at the start of the season...!
Baldyman
A lot of teams look good on paper.
TheScotsman
It still is a good team on paper. Puzzling what happens betwixt paper and track.
Baldyman
What's between the riders ears is what happens. Add to that. The wrong type of track being prepared for the type of riders we have. Add to that a manager who has made glaring errors in every meeting so far. TheScotsman
Decent riders should be able to adapt to any type of track.
Baldyman
You are right, they should, unfortunately we have very few of those riders.
ZODIAK
It's not very often I would say anything like this, but I hope Plymouth give us a right good stuffing.Doesn't sound right does it, but to be honest part of me agrees with you in that we get soundly beaten tonight. Something just isn't right with this team, or the club at the moment. Track has nearly always been sound at Foxhall, but for whatever reason it's been going downhill for more than just recently, it's been a couple of seasons. On the team front, I'd consider getting a temporary replacement in for Heeps, if there is a suitable rider available. Don't like R/R. spanner47
Surely the riders will be busting a gut tonight. After going out of one cup, they'll be a few weeks where they don't earn any money if they fail.

There are a few riders in our team, who unless track conditions are anything other than easy to ride, simply don't wanna know. Every time we've had a meeting this year on a track that hasn't been dry, smooth and slick, we've struggled.
Penny Cross
Seems this is Ashley Morris last home meeting as a Devil. Being replaced by Todd Kurtz from 1st June. Not happy with another Brit being dropped, especially for an only average foreigner.
