Last season ben was part of the revolution speedway team and he had the best equipment available absolutely top class,he also had rob painter in his pit who is one of the best mechanics around this season this isn't the case hence the drop in his average his ability and effort on the bike is still the same but the bikes not

From what I've read, Ben was good enough to pass Tungate and get Bandits through the cup-tie and good enough to pass Howarth and get us the draw on Monday.

He's certainly been good enough at home when I have seen him. He'll do for me. Those who don't want him (which is absolute madness) are clearly on the wrong planet.

Where was Ben when Edinburgh came? Or Scunthorpe? Or when we went to Somerset? I suppose he was injured those nights yeah 😂😂.

Nearly forgot, Doolan , you were a :icon_smile_clown: when you rode here but your an even bigger one now, sandwiching riders .... tut tut, then our Kyle Howarth gives you a taste of your own medicine and low and behold off you were crying to the ref :D:nono: dummys are going cheap in £1 shop will have one next time your over for the League :icon_smile_clown:

You also forgot he helped you win the PL 4's in 2009.... By the tone of your childish post I'm guessing you were too young to remember. Ask an adult, they'll tell you.

Surely nobody is suggesting he shouldn't,t be in the team, people are questioning the problems he is having. The promotion as usual over hyped Ben Barker, and due to many reasons, injury, financial, equipment etc., he has not risen to the standards hoped of him. There are on this forum several posters over egging his achievement this season, in reality he has fallen well short of expectations so far. I am certain as and when he gets his finances in order, it will pay dividends, he can then afford to upgrade the poor equipment he is buying from Berwick promotion.
