Wolves V King's Lynn Monday 18th May

Recommended Posts

Keep us updated weather wise, Wolves fans, please ☺

Can't believe you are thinking of travelling all that way with the weather so dodgy! You are officially mental :D although I take my hat off to you for your dedication :drink:

Should have a field day, but may not as they are so inconsistent. And riding against a team undefeated at home who, even without their number one, are full of Monmore specialists. And Lynn very, very rarely win there.

So could go either way.

You make it sound as if Lynn cant ride Monmore.

Ah,the last time they were here, 37-53.Doesnt look like they cant handle the track to me.

And they have virtually the same team riding tonight as they had then.

Virtually the same team,3 riders are different that's nearly half the team.If Kerr and Porsing were to score what Blackbird and Fricke scored that night then I could see Lynn winning,20+4 from 9 rides they scored. Can you see Porsing and Kerr scoring that?Your reserves were your weak point that night aswell.Lynn happened to go to Wolves where the choice of guests won us the match.

If the 4 remaining riders scored what they scored last year then Lynn would still require 14 points to get a draw.14 points from Kerr,Porsing and Morris doesn't look so simple now.

On the contrary, they can all ride Wolves. They can all ride Kirky Lane too and look what happened there.

We may well have won last time but my point was its not a great hunting ground, look back through the records and see for yourself. Today is a new day so anything could happen, but considering Wolves' home form and Lynn's away form it won't be the massive shock being suggested should Wolves win this evening.

Still going, heavier now. No doubt someone closer to the track will give an opinion shortly but it's coming from the west and historically what we get here, The Green gets. Looks likely to be a 'damage already done' job unfortunately if and when it stops.

Can we use Chris Harris to replace Freddie Lindgren now that Belle Vue has been rained off?

If your promotion have any sense they'll be on the phone to him asking him to guest - Harris is much better than R/R.

And RR is better than King.. "Sorry Danny, change of plans" lol

It probably is, but Danny should still be good for 6 points - I wouldn't be too upset. Coventry did well enough when they had Bomber and King as two of their heat leaders this season.

Still raining, but blue sky appearing to the west over the Long Mynd.

Very little wind,so track prep could be quite awkward for Doc.
