I don't know, I never heard of Morris before but Fricke have impressed on my from what I have seen of him SBPC and in Allsvenskan.

Morris is a quite a bit ahead of Fricke at the moment and is scoring well in the EL as a heat leader.

This is why I don't get why Morris is sticking with the PL and not getting rides in Sweden, Poland and Denmark like Fricke. Its them places that get you noticed, not Glasgow on a Sunday afternoon.

That said, his EL form is brilliant. I think he's 4th in the EL averages, so has to be in the Aussie team.

A mistake to leave Cook out, Aussies will go straight to final.

Why? King is in better form that Cook. Similar EL average despite having spent half the season as heat leader while Cook as been second string all season. Kings slightly ahead in the PL averages too.

edit> Don't get me wrong, I'd have not really had an issue if Cook had been picked. But Cook and King are pretty much the same. I'd probably put Danny just ahead though - unless the meeting is at BV or Edinburgh.

Agree with SCB cooks form over the last few weeks has good as what you would expect from him but from the start of the season until a few weeks ago his form has been to inconsistent to be in the 4 man squad. King over the season so far has been the better rider and deserves his place along with lambert.

I think Craig should have been named as reserve though as howarth is mince at Kings Lynn just invade something does happen to anyone in the 4 over the next week.

Agree with cookie missing out.... sadly............it should though help his EL and PL teams and help him focus his determination. Rosco did not pick him when in better form in past years when he should have been automatic , so this year when he has not been in the same form and King and lambert are more obvious choices then fair enough.

Morris in front of fricke and sam is also a tight call, he`s been very good at EL , but less so at PL in comparison, so manager`s nod i guess given the big league points. Ricky wells missing out is a surprise....is he injured? or still wearing that Kings hat? I would certainly drop him for the latter.........

Lambert had to be in considering his Lynn form this year but I'd personally have gone with Cook rather than King, he's better out of the gate and that is vital at the AFA these days.

King is in great form at the moment and winning for fun. Cook is good but often relies on rollers which may not be allowed depending on ref. king rode really well at Lynn in the British Final qualifiers and proved in last years SWC how well he can score at King's Lynn.

Personally think Rosco was spot on with his top 4. My only change would be Cook at reserve instead of Howarth as struggles against strong compitition at Lynn.

It's a strange sport when a rider gets a wildcard for a GP, then 10 months later can't make reserve for a SWC side.
