semion
Not a great night again for Porsing, but questioning his commitment for riding in the UK is a little odd especially as the young lad has completely re-located himself to the UK?!? He’s going through a rough patch, but with the majority of the team firing, we are in a fortunate position this early in the season in which we can carry him a bit until he builds his form/confidence back up. Give him, and Morris some time, we are only in May, we are looking good for the playoffs, let’s hold it steady….. I would give Porsing time, as we have seen what he can do ( last season), but he does need to up his game. I really think though that Morris needs to be rested. At times he was gating with the others, but was then getting picked off way to easy and ending up tailed off.
Trees
Perhaps Nicklas could do with time in our PL? More racing, different tracks, different set ups, more wins, more confidence? Edited May 14, 2015 by Trees

I think Monday away to Wolves should be a indication of how Morris is performing. Riding on a track he likes and knows well, should give a truer picture of where he actually is. Seeing him at Leicester last week , he showed a lot more ability than what he does at Lynn. Probably, he has a problem with the Lynn track. Whatever the reason, he needs to up his game, especially at home. Looking at the averages in the SS, he is the lowest in the league....... pointsmeanplayoffs
Porsing's average is too high for the PL isn't it? I understand you have to be less than 6.00 no? Yes, yes, before anyone says it, he may well be sub-6 av. if his current form continues. If Lambert is anything to go by, then PL experience does the world of good! Bagpuss
I expect commitments in other countries would rule out the PL for Niklas but it would do him a lot of good IMO. Not sure he is the answer for Sheffield in place of Stead though gate.
semion
If Porsing was to go Premier then surely he would go to the Kings Lynn Res team just down the A47 ( wait for it). It appears Robert isnt riding for Peterborough tonight as he is ill.
Star Lady
Perhaps Nicklas could do with time in our PL? More racing, different tracks, different set ups, more wins, more confidence? Doesn't he ride in his own domestic league? Seems to me he gets more chances than some young Brits have been given Thankfully one of them is riding to the top in spite of it lol. pointsmeanplayoffs
58% I haven't a clue! Nope, only 27% of Lewis Kerr's rides this season have ended in a heat adv. for the Stars. And this is after he has won 15 out of his 52 rides.
Wolfsbane
First half of the meeting was dire, apart from Lambert's dive past Wells. Picked up a lot the more the meeting went on. Perhaps all the very late track prep is to blame for the lack of passing early on. Wolves should kick themselves for not getting anything against a five man team I know who should get a kicking
em1500uk
For me, the meeting was only enjoyable when Lambert was on track. Other than that it was pretty much FTG all night yet again. Surprised Lambert didn't get the nod in heat 15 He wasn't picked for heat 15 as it seems he'd been riding whilst feeling under the weather last night. His mum posted something on the PPSSC group on Facebook about his absence for Panthers today at Sheffield and it seems that's all connected. Passed out after his 4th ride. That's what's been said. The final score flattered a bit with the last heat 5-1 - although Wells scored a lot of points he was not very impressive for me. stevebrum
Probably, he has a problem with the Lynn track. It was the track he had his season ending crash in 2014, so might have a lot to do with it.

pointsmeanplayoffs
Please feel free to share - anybody!! Just the usual comment from first time visitors to Leicester, cracking set up, shame about the track. I said the same thing. Thing is, the racing at Leicester on BHM was the best I have seen there - maybe the rain made the track better?!?

And this is after he has won 15 out of his 52 rides. Probably because 50% of his rides are with Ash Morris, who is struggling a bit, to say the least.
tellboy
I thought some of the racing was good last night. All of Lamberts races were good.Thorsell with Porsing and then Kerr.Schleins battle with Lindgren.Even Howarth had the cheek to muller Iversen into one bend only for Iverersen to repay the favour on the next. That's 7 out of 15 that aint to bad, could be better, but it wasn't as bad as some people are making out.I bet Schlein wished he didn't let Lindgren have room to pass him down the back straight because the very next lap he certainly stopped Rory having any room to pass in the same place.Bit more ruthless next time please Rory . Onto Porsing,I would hope to see Mads in for him come June.He shouldn't be beaten at home by the oppositions reserves and it wasn't like he was even with them to make a chance of an overtake. He has been very poor this season.Last season he had a brief spell 3-4 weeks where he was good, but the rest of the season he was just ordinary. I have to agree with all you say about Porsing - he has not progressed the way he should have he was poor last night and has been the most part of this season - if we are serious about winning this league or should I say play off final we need to replace him signing Mads could have the same impact as Kymakorpi has had at Coventry -Mads would make easy work of the number 4 position I,m sure . The change has to come and soon
g13webb
I'm all for giving people the time to rectify problems. in the hope of showing their true potential. I think at Lynn, we have the nucleolus of a top side. Our heat leaders are equal or better than anything in the league. Of our second strings, Lambert has come on a bundle and will improve further as the season goes on. And Kerr at reserve is again equal to other riders. So far this season 2 riders have been struggling. First Morris, Because of the crocked way the drafts were graded, Lynn were destined to have the last pick, so the choices were limited. Ashley is recovering from a horrific accident last year and will need time. He was never going to set the world alight straight away, so it was always a gradual process. He has the basis of a solid FTR. His gating is above average, but his equipment seems slow. Watching him ride at Leicester was impressive. not only with the points he scored but also the way he mixed it with other riders. I believe he still has a problem with the Lynn track where he finds it hard to score points, but we should persevere he will come good...... Porsing's problem is consistency. It all very well driving about in Posh cars, and living in the fast lane, but you have to do the business on the track. 2 months into the season and he has been very disappointing. Could count the good races on your hand. At time he looks very quick and other very slow. Sometimes he gates and goes, other times he's well adrift at the back. He has to realise the second strings is a very competitive group where there are a lot of decent riders. If he cant average 6 points a meeting against picked opposition then it's time to change.. He has to buck his ideas up, and do whatever it takes..... How much time should he be given..... Edited May 15, 2015 by GRW123
