Aces51
I received a confirmation email when I bought it. I was'nt expecting to receive anything else until I see it in prime position at the opening meeting. John Leslie
Â Â Maybe the brick wouldn't go through his letterbox. Just a thought, but since this bloke hasn't received the brick he's bought, maybe Chris Morton could just keep everyone's brick and use them to build a speedway stadium? Â (I presume the post was a wind up...no one could be that daft....wonder if Gustix has bought a brick yet).

(I presume the post was a wind up...no one could be that daft....wonder if Gustix has bought a brick yet). Looks as though that is what has happened here. He has played everyone for mugs. It all fits now, thousands of people buy bricks they never receive then all of a sudden Morton is building a speedway stadium. It doesn't take Poirot to see whats happened here. Bruiser McHuge
How many bricks were actually sold ?......does anybody know and were they £49 each ?  I would have thought anybody buying them would get a certificate at least but maybe the post was a total wind up....who knows .. I really would like to do this but am slightly put off by the other poster, they surely won't let people down?

Yes it is poor form not to have sent a confirmation e mail, particularly after chasing it up,but it is a bit early to be declaring he has not got what he has paid for. I suspect most people who wanted to do this will have already done so and Ian's assertion that he has decided not to bother was probably the case beforehand anyway. I haven't fully decided yet. I meant what I said though. You really shouldn't be so quick to judge. :nono: Edited July 30, 2015 by The White Knight

Not every day you get the opportunity to have your name recorded for posterity in the new stadium of the most famous speedway club in the world. At £49 a bargain.  Like any organisation mistakes will be made and maybe that explains the problem one fan seems to have had. The other side of the coin is that there have previously been posts on the BV forum and I think on here, complimenting Morton for going above and beyond expectations to help fans.  All the grandstand tickets are now sold for the opening meeting so anyone hoping to go needs to get their standing tickets asap.  (I'm just trying to remember was it 10 or 20% commission I was promised).

ouch
The personalised bricks will be built into an internal wall of honour in the entrance concourse while pavers to be used on an external walkway leading up to the main entrance are also available.  A single brick is £49, a double brick is £99 and a replica for people wanting to keep one is £30.  On placing your order you will receive a confirmation email and once the order is processed a certificate will be issued.  http://www.bellevueaces.co/images/2015/nssbuyabrickorderform.jpg
Trees
Thanks Ouch, very helpful as I've still not received a reply, it really puts me off, why have email contact on their website if they don't reply????

Any chance of a half brick? regards KKS Edited August 2, 2015 by pugwash

Any chance of a half brick? regards KKS No problem but there will only be room on the brick for three letters so we propose we leave off KKS BR and just use ICK, fans can then work out the prefix.

To fit all his aliases the brick would have to be 100m long.
Dave Jones
To fit all his aliases the brick would have to be 100m long. Rather than a brick, perhaps a dense block would be more appropriate,
