Can only see a handsome home win.Our big hitters aren't hitting at the moment.Just Lambert and Schlein have been our brightest lights this season so far.Kerr had a good meeting last time out.

I think this is a hard one to call.

I'm going to predict 48-42

I hope the weather stays good. I'm full of the cold and on the late shift, so hoping to have this to watch whilst listening to Bees meeting on the radio (and hopefully a win) to cheer me up 😄

C'mon the Stars, how we could do with 4 points 😊

Not as much as we could do with the 3 😊

If Bjerre and Schlein score well it will be close but I think we can win this. Hopefully, the track will be prepared as it was for the Leicester match with a bit more dirt than we had last week.

It's all ifs , buts, and maybe's. And that how it should be. we don't want every match to go as predicted, The idea is, if you perform well you get the points if you don't....... then you won't.

I could easily make a case that the Stars will win, with Niels, and KB scoring loads, Lambert and Kerr performing like the two brilliant prospect they are, and Rory going back to his old clubs, Christ it should be easy....... But ultimately so can Belle Vue, Zagar hasn't, as yet rode, and is due for a decent score, Mr reliable (Scotty) will always be in the frame, and Dakota North is becoming a real thorn to our side. So add to that, Cooke and Friske and your two reserves and the task becomes a lot harder.

I don't think last weeks score was a true reflection of each clubs ability, Coventry rode above themselves while the Aces performed less than expected. I believe this will be much closer. Should be a good advert for the sport on Sky making up for that SGP shambles. Would like to get more but, given the opportunity I would take a point now.......

We are currently basking in wall to wall blue sky.

But light rain is due early evening G so should imagine the track would be packed well down and left alone. If the predicted rain don't come expect a dustbowl or we could have a cracking race strip unlike what we had for the coventry meeting

As I see it this match is really down to one rider, Bottler Bjerre. If he pulls his finger out it could make all the difference

Do you not know that he is coming back from injury, nothing to do with bottle. Like many riders it has always taken him time to regain his confidence after an injury. He was the same when he rode for the Aces.

However, I do agree that a good performance from from him could be a deciding factor. Likewise a poor performance fun North could swing the match in the Stars favour. Overall, I think we'll get the 3 points

Strange, I didn't see you post a similar comment as this, last year, when he scored 12 pts at your place in a 39 - 51 Stars victory :t:

Cloud and wind beginning to build now at my home area, about 6 miles from the track. Hope we still get a good meeting on.
