Recommended Posts

I know why others say your a looney tune and that you think your tough which your not.

This post sums you up as an abusive idiot.

dont think I'm tough at all I'm 5 foot 8 and a distinct lack of any muscles. Just find it very painful dealing with idiots like yourself. I prefer to chat to grown ups

Calm down peeps...

As it stands, Tai has let his British Fans down by opting out of League Racing in his Home Country.. Ok, we will at least see him in the British Championship, oh, no, wait a minute, he has won that 3 times already, and says he wants to give someone else a chance of winning it!! That's not borderline arrogance, that's damn right disrespectful to the other British Riders!! But, not all is lost, he says he will still represent Team GB in the SWC, Wow!! That's big of him.... On balance, I think he has burnt his bridges with British Speedway, and yes, he shouldn't be picked to ride for Team GB in this year's SWC because of his disrespect to British Speedway....

Spot on post but your going to get a load of abuse from Gavan,Stevebrum & the clan for daring to say what a number of people think.

Tai dictates to British speedway when he wants to ride

No, he's available for the British World Cup team if selected.

He is badly advised simple as that

Two world titles? That's a lot of bad advice.

Or to put it another way, disagreeing with you.

The fact is he shouldn't be selected.

2 world titles and nobody knows him outside of speedway fans in the uk.

I would call it verbal abuse

To take them in order, 1: It's not a fact. It's your opinion. 2: What's your point here? Riding in the British final is going to make him better known outside the UK? 3: Take it up with the parties concerned, not me.

I'll go along with that but only if everyone agrees not to infect other threads with Woffinden debates

Following the tweet that all riders will have to qualify for the British Final in 2017 with no wild cards, I'm thinking the BSPA are raising one and a half fingers in the direction of Mr Woffinden

Yep, so that's Tai not doing the British Finals again next year with Tai responding with the anker gesture

Correct, and his prize is watching Tai captain GB in the World Cup.

Congratulations robert72!

Think the bspa has lost patience with him as have most fans

Is that real?

Even for a rider who does not want to ride in the UK EL?

Dangerous move - BSPA may be kicking themselves up the backside

Why isn't it real?

What exactly has changed?

Riders have to qualify as it stands now, the wildcard was simply there for someone who perhaps missed the semi through injury or bad luck.

It has nothing at all to do with Woffinden.

You are, of course, able to justify this "as have most fans" assertion with some facts?

robert72 is just a sad obsessive fixated not only on Tai Woffinden but also in closing Leicester Speedway. Lovely character, best ignored.

They already did that this year - to both Mr Woffinden and Mr Harris.

Whoever decided that Chris Harris should ride in a semi final on the day of the GP practice is obviously trying to make some kind of point.

I doubt Chris will be in the GP next year, but if he were and they did the same I suspect he, too, would pull out going on the comments he made afterwards.
