Its the modern way of thibking.

9 times out of 10 it will be the right call and better to take the risk on the one being wrong than the hit on the 9.

Lets hope a suitable date is found soon. Is a pet hate of mine that the LC final stages ends up languishing at the tail end of the season.

To be fair to the Devil's promotion, they have a pretty decent record for accurate and early call-offs.

Well can't fault them for being prepared hell of a long way to go only to get turned around . Forecast has looked crap all week long and might mean we have Danny King available for when its re planned for .

Ah good point baldyman didn't think of that , and most probable the Devils will be back on form at their own track just to make things even harder .

I doesn't really matter when its rearranged for as far as Plymouth are concerned as they can't achieve anything in the group .

I suppose they've pride at stake and earning a bit more money if they win but they called it off and the restaging should be more about when it's convenient to us , ie with a full team !

I can't see Plymouth arranging it when we could use Danny, or that would be silly of them anyway.

I disagree. They can't qualify so the meeting is a bit pointless for them in terms of needing a result, and Danny King is a rider you'd think the home promotion would want to be attending to possibly add a few extra on the gate. Edited by Hong Kong Phooey

Oh yes?

This is the 2nd season running the Promotion have arranged for us to visit Somerset without track specialist Kyle Newman!!

Any sense they will reschedule next Fridays fixture to accommodate this rain off.

It'll mean King available which guarantees Ipswich topping the Southern group table. Ipswich dodge another bullet after dubiously calling off the home meeting with Rye House when the Rockets were at full strength with a lunchtime light shower forecast and sun for the remainder of the day.

Not the first time the Ipswich promotion have been underhand. I was at there when they brought the interval forward three heats to give Morten Risager time to work on his iffy bikes, then he pops out to three unbeaten rides.
