bigeddiechek
About as often as changes in the weather, some change their opinion on here. It takes strength of character to change one's opinions, and I'm completely sold on the importance of weather updates on here now. The Met Office website has been a revelation. P.S. That precipitation probability is decreasing each update Edited April 24, 2015 by bigeddiechek

topsoil
Nice performances from Thomas and Claus, both guesting tonight. Thomas 12 for Redcar in the (surprise?) win at Scunthorpe and Claus top scoring for Peterborough with 13 at Somerset. Hopefully the expected rain clears up in time to see the meeting tomorrow night. Even without Stead and Bellego, Sheffield have brought in quality replacements and it has all the makings of a cracker.
screm
Rain in Berwick overnight which was heavy at times, right now we have light rain, Saturdays forecast is that this rain will clear slowly by mid-afternoon leaving the second half of the afternoon and evening dry and bright. Shadders
Sounds like another bad night for Alex at Ipswich, three retirements. I was there and he didn't cross the finish line in any of his four races. Looked like bike trouble, he wouldn't just give up after a couple of laps would he?

Looked like bike trouble, he wouldn't just give up after a couple of laps would he? He`s had one or two of them at Berwick recently, where he is on the wrong end of a tight first corner, makes a poor start or is in last position after a couple of laps before retiring. He may very well have had bike problems on each of those occasions but I think if a rider can complete a race then he should, though I`m sure you are right, he wouldn't just give up. Fromafar
Still looking good, weather wise. Erm, that is the info on the page I linked to. So, to be precise, your post is not "more precise" it is equally precise. It's perfect, saves Billy a load of work, then I can get the shorts and shades on for 19:00. Now Taffy, your post is now out of date, whereas my deep link to the Met Office always give the latest forecast. Amazing thing this t'Internet The precipitation forecast is better. Between 09:00 and 15:00, so a good 4 hours before tapes up. You need some lesson in data interpretation, Taffy! Come on then interpret the data then Taffy, simply copying it is not interpretation. Better stick to the day job.Your attempt to oust Screm from his post as chief weatherman has failed.

screm
Haven't had any rain for the last hour or so, still cloudy but a lot brighter than before, as per forecast. Credit to the promotion for making an early call, especially for those who were travelling from Sheffield, the promotion would've been quite justified in waiting to see if the weather cleared sooner than forecast, which it has but they are right in making the decision they have.
