Sings4Speedway
Anyone know why Tom Sipos withdrew the day before and decided to retire?
Bagpuss
WHY O WHY DO THEY LET KIDS RIDE ON A TRACK IN THIS CONDITION NO GRADING AFTER THE MAIN MEETING NO WONDER THEY GIVE UP No need to shout! Would it not have been dangerous to grade loose stuff onto a bare racing line after 15 afternoon heats? Maybe Peterborough should receive praise for stepping in and replacing Castleford at the last minute.
Pantherman
There was a blue groove after the 15 heats, so it would have made it really slippery if they watered it. There was still a bit of passing though and a couple of good races.
bdjfan
It was a very dry windy afternoon the track man could do nothing, yes possibly grading might have brought a bit of shale down away from the fence but it would have put it on top of a very hard Blue line! It would have then been lethal to water it!! The lads were enjoying themselves out there and that was the main thing. boston five
What I mean is if you want lads to learn how to ride and you are running a second half the track should be work on right up to the end of a meeting so no blue line appears then carry on grading they are not learning anything riding round on the base
