mdmc82
This will be the first time the storm team have ridden together so think will take a couple of meetings to settle. It will also be Darryl Ritchings first meeting back since his injury a year ago.

Heathen1984
Dan Greenwood is a good rider thats why. I cant see Greaves being fit to ride.
uk_martin
This will be an interesting test of the Cradley fan base...I hope there's a good turnout. Be interesting to hear how the crowd levels compare to how they were at Monmore Green.
greyhoundp
uk martin, their is bound to be a good turnout, dont forget this is NOT the first season we have ridden Perry Barr as a home Track. I would forecast the numbers will be, more or less the same as Monmore, it could even be slightly higher depending on how many Brummie supporters come along to support Coventry and hoping to see a Coventry win. I hope Nathan is fit to ride, however i would prefer to go with rr if he is not 100%, Im expecting something along the lines of a 50-40 home win, with the reserves making the difference. Brummie Kev
Well I am going tonight and looking forward to seeing some decent speedway. Hope the Storm make a good fist of it so its not one sided. Also hope the Heathens reserves score plenty of points as they are in my fantasy Facebook NL team. Had a good week with the performances of Bradley Wilson Dean for Eastbourne so hopefully that continues😁 I believe no porky tonight (wasn't at wolves last night) and its Nigel Pearson on the mic. TurnTwo
reserves will decide this aswell as the change of positions from 2-4 at cradley i think poor luke isnt quite ready for main body of the team yet
Ommer Mon
Well I've got one car load that will be going! I think there may be a slight reduction in the numbers with the new venue but nothing dramatic. The two openers were certainly well supported and that is good to see. A fairly comfortable win for the Heathens by 12 based on Coventry being a bit rusty. I hope Darryl has a good night. He's a good lad and I hope he is fully recovered from last year's injury. The sun is out in Brum so it should be a reasonable evening weatherwise.
Sings4Speedway
reserves will decide this aswell as the change of positions from 2-4 at cradley i think poor luke isnt quite ready for main body of the team yet Think you may be right although with any luck Moggo will get a few more points riding at two and Luke just needs to be patient and wait for the averages. In this league he will make a good reserve and hopefully get a decent confidence boost.
catinthehat
I think it will be a 3 point win for Coventry, Greeves was not going at his best but they cant afford to loose someone who as good as he can be on the night, A close match and away win for coventry or a Draw. morganbike
I'm sure clegg will be doing his usual cheat and trying to jump the gate every heat and then being rerun. Should be one warning and then excluded every time he jumps it after that. Yes it's cheating. Will be an interesting clash and Cov have the stronger heat leaders overall. mdmc82
Promising signs from Coventry Storm in their first meeting, to keep it so close and take it to a last heat decider against title favourites and get a point. Storm had the stronger heatleaders but Cradley definitely have a secret weapon at reserve, Perks was on the gas. Really good to see Ritchings returning to racing after his horrible injury last year 1st holder of the Bronze helmet is Dan Greenwood
Hunty
Heathens are going to towards the top this year but no chance of winning with performances like the last two! I hate to say it but I dont think we have chosen the right top two for this Perry Barr track! Clegg to me may just slightly be out his depth at number one, maybe a season to soon. Greaves has a long way to go to back him up. Thing is, I have had it good for the last 6 seasons and no its looking tough I already starting to worry! As much as its close, I dont like loosing or being push by the sounds of things! Long season ahead! Really nervous on and off the track! martin_t
Close, but no passing again.Gate and go.Fill your programme in by third bend lap one. Not sure I want to spend £14.00 of my limited income if this is typical of Perry Barr.
roguetrader
Well done Coventry on taking a point from this meeting. Ellis Perks at reserve made the difference. However, he wont be there long and then Cradley look a very average and vulnerable team.
