acef
He's referring to the Good Friday meeting. If you can let us know when one of those has produced anything resembling a decent meeting... And if you could let us know where he specifically refers to that broad generalisation being on a good Friday. What he actually said was 'the track at kirky lane has not been good for a number of years'. Completely different paragraph to the one that talks about good Friday. Well as this is the only fixture he attends at Belle Vue, the fact he is specifically discussing this fixture and his experience in attending it previously in the sentence you have quoted... on a thread discussing this fixture it's pretty obvious. The track is generally dire for this match, mainly due to the time of day it is raced at it must be said. Not counting the infamous postponed meeting from a few years back.... Rob B
One thing for sure, if it does go ahead tomorrow it shouldn't be dusty.
speedcrazy
There is not a prayer for this meeting. Solid rain from 11pm tonight until 4pm tomorrow. Its been updated a lot but the closer you get the more accurate it becomes. Hope they call it early and save riders wasted flights and time.. And saves us travelling up from Wolves on a wasted journey.
sandking072
Looks like no Josh Bates for Wolves now. Pulled out of the Sheffield meeting on medical advice after a crash.
New Science
Confirmed Blackbird rides for Peterborough in both their Good Friday fixtures. Is kingpin reserve Lewis Blackbird ever going to ride for Wolves ! I dare say Friday night fixtures at Lakeside and the B fixture at Coventry are also going to be casualties of doubling up.Fingers crossed he doesn't miss any through injury or frankly it won't have been worth it signing him. Aces51
A sensible decison which will save some riders and most fans a wasted journey. Someone took the trouble to get to the track early this morning.
