Anyone know if Rzezow have any backup for Kenni Larsen and Peter Ljung?

Kenni had a nasty crash two weeks ago and suffered a concussion, Ljung crashed today and is probably uncertain for Sunday.

Could have sworn I just saw Boris Johnson line up at 7 for Locomotiv. :o

I'm not sure Lebiediev would be flattered, but both can ride a bike

"Boris Johnson" storms to an easy win.

Let's be generous and say that was a "ragged" start in heat 4. ;)

Lindbaeck is a funny ,inconsistent bird. The better the oppostion the better he responds. Today, when you would expect him to clean up, - not so hot.

7 heats in 33 minutes- they are moving right along. :t:

Pretty obvious why they are not showing the second leg of this on Sunday. Fair play to Daugvapils.

The locals obviously not happy after heat 10. But could Bydgoszcz afford to go up even if they were able manage promotion?

For that matter would it suit Locomotiv ?

Bydgoszcz i think would be a definite "no"- such a shame to see a once thriving centre in the mire. I also doubt Daugvapils because of cost and logistics.

You just need to look at the gaps on the terraces to see the plight Bydgoszcz are in. It's so very sad.

I can imagine TVP aren't too happy at the prospect of a trip to Latvia for the final.

It seems that Falubaz has some serious financial problems and it is not know if they will be allowed to participate in the Polish leagues next year,

SPAR falubaz hung over the black clouds. The club from the province of Lubuskie was in mighty trouble. Zielonogórzanie struggling with the financial crisis, which may result in no license for next season.

You'd have thought Czestochowa would have been a warning. Not so perfect in Poland as people try to tell us.

It comes back to, you as a single club can win, and beat everyone and get big crowds which means money and winning and big crowds. But that means the opposite is you lose and get small crowds and get no money. That eventually means clubs fail and close. So you are left winning on your own. This is where Poole are heading. They keep winning and getting big crowds and loads of money so they can win and get bigger crowds. That said has killed Eastbourne and Birmingham and is leaving Lakeside in a dodgy position. Soon enough we're going to have an EL in the UK with Wolves, Lynn, Birmingham, Poole and BV as Swindon and Coventry have no track and Lakeside can't afford it. How long before one of that 5 can't cope too? It's not like if you're a supermarket killing the competition means more money to you, in sport you need opposition to beat.
