Polish Promotion/relegation Sunday 4th October

...3 weeks ago for a match against Leszno i sat among Tarnow fans just fine i just did not told anyone that i was from Rzeszow to avoid any problems and did not wear any Rzeszow memorabilia shirt, scarf or a hat that would not be possible for a derby they check the id and you enter thru another gate whether you like it or not.

I was in "the cage" for Mickey Mouse v Stal Gorzow earlier this year, and the meeting passed off without a hitch. Great experience.

That said in previous years, I've gone "under cover" in the ZG parts of the stadium too...mind you, I had the advantage of wearing a Birmingham Brummies shirt, which served to confuse the hell out of the locals. lol

Heres Kildemand vs Pedersen, similar to Hancock vs Pedersen, waiting for Hancock statement regarding Kildemands childhood, friendships, mental health.

That was dirty riding but no surprise with PK as he is worse than most. Had roles been reversed Pedersen would have been slaughtered. Lucky not be be badly hurt.

Fascinating "Behind the scenes" glimpse without any actual racing footage. The old Bill Shankleyism "It's not a matter of life and death, it's much more important than that. " Regards. Alan.

(...) You seem to know a lot about some Tworki maybe care to share with Us about Your experience while You've been locked there?

I would be more interested what's going on in Zielona Gora...because according to today's Poland's sports daily „Przeglad Sportowy” Anti-dope control carried out after TORUN vs ZIELONA GORA match showed a banned substance in the body of Zielona Gora's rider - Alexandr Loktayev.

After a very successful for Falubaz match in Torun six riders were subjected to anti-dope control. samples were taken from Grigory Laguta, Pawel Przedpelski and Chris Holder – all from Torun and Krystian Pieszczek, Alexandr Loktayew and Alex Zgardzinski from Zielona Gora. The newspaper is saying that, Loktayev sample gave a positive result! The presence of marijuana was found in his body.

For the time being The Commission for Combating Doping in Sport does not want to give any binding information in this case. If the case is officially confirmed, Zielona Gora are to lose an extra bonus point won in Torun. After another of their riders, Dudek, was banned for using forbidden substances, it won't help their image either, and at the same time Zielona Gora's fans war cry - "Falubaz is magic" - takes another meaning.

Signing Ward to join Dudek wasn't a great move for their reputation and now this.

Director of the Office of the Commission for Combating Doping in Sport confirmed that the Polish speedway we are dealing with another case of the use of illicit means.

- I can not give too much information. But I can confirm that we are dealing with another positive chance in Polish slag. Officially we will be able to tell when we will have confidence that the player received from us an information about the test - for SportoweFakty.pl said Michael Rynkowski, director of the Commission for Combating Doping in Sport.
Director of the office of the Commission can not yet confirm which of the players was caught on doping and which chemical. But we know that it comes to marijuana, and the player diagnosed with the use of this measure is to Aleksandr Loktaev of SPAR Falubaz Zielona Gora. Sample set was collected after the match against KS Torun, where Łoktajew scored 4 points. Results will be verified, and zielonogórski club will lose the bonus point. Jacek Firefighters from SPAR Falubaz confirms that during the meeting in Torun Zielona Góra players were subjected to tests, and among them was Łoktajew. But there is no knowledge about the test results. Samples were also collected from three players KS Toruń. They were Paul Przedpełski, Grigory Laguta and Chris Holder.

This is translated from Sportowefaty, now I know they aren't the most reliable of sources but if this is true then Falubaz may be losing a rider.

It means Jonsson's place is safe at least for this season. For next season Falubaz roster might change a lot, dont think Ward wanna stay and they probably get rid of Loktaev and Jonsson.

Super day there and a good little crowd.- which would put most Elite League clubs to shame.
