Polish Promotion/relegation Sunday 4th October

Did the home riders go round to the 1st 2nd bends to thank the fans?

Did Ward go around and give an autograph to that nice banner?

It says Karol Baran had a massive crash in Leszno, but keeps riding. I saw him couple of years ago when he was riding in polish 1st league. He had a crash in his second heat broke his collarbone after that he had 3 more rides and kept scoring points. :o

Me and laic RMC are no mates but i promise to not post anything in that matter from now. Wonder if i can block him so i won't see his posts. Any possibility and how-to?

OFC it's not photoshopped.

When you come into an intelligent section of an otherwise appalling forum and post offensive rubbish you are going to attract criticism. Might it be time for you to adjust your behaviour or consider whether this really is the place for you and your twisted, offensive views?

It seems that it is impossible to avoid the lunatic fringe of speedway 'supporters' even ion this otherwise excellent section.

I'll leave you all in peace. Life's too short to deal with people like the idiot pole. Enjoy his company. Apologies for trying to stand up for what had been intelligent and civilised conversation here.

Polish passion on the terraces makes for great theatre and TV. It doesn't translate well to dialogue. ;) Unfortunately it's an open forum and difficult to stop people making statements and hurling insults that certainly make me cringe from time to time. Living in a small rural town completely isolated from the world of speedway i thoroughly enjoy sharing my love of this fabulous sport with like-minded people the world over. We've somehow established a reputation on the international section as "the friendly forum". No gratuitous insults, help each other with information and foster friendship with our sadly ever diminishing band of fellow enthusiasts. Sometimes you have to bite your bottom lip and utilise the best weapon "IGNORE" Please don't give up. My hope is that a dignified 'Keep calm and carry on" will eventually win the day. Sincerely. Alan.

Not good. We really don't want speedway (or motorsport in general) to get the same hooliganism as football have.

That is something that is great with motorsport that there is normally a big tolerance towards fans of other teams/drivers/riders.

Obviously speedway is a very small sport but I have been to the Swedish rally many times and on a few occasions I have stood at Colin's crest

with 10'000 other and everybody gets along just fine.

Or what? You are not the person to dictate the usage of capitals on this forum or anywhere else. See You!

Your reply has just proved that you are mental...and the best place for you is Tworki (best known psychiatric hospital in Poland).

BTW, I'm not dictating anything...I'm just trying to point out to you the correct usage of English.

Agreed. Not the first time that things have got out of hand in ZG as a there was an incident after one of the finals a few years ago.

Unlike UK and Sweden away supporters in Poland seem to be caged in to a section.

I go a lot to rugby and everyone mingles there so segregation does seem odd and unfortunate

Fans of opposing teams are seperated been that for years i have no problem with that otherwise there would be fighting and riots especially at derby matches Falybaz-Stal G,Tarnow Rzeszow,Bydgoszcz-Torun etc but the security people and police should be doing their jobs. When i was at Tarnow 3 weeks ago for a match against Leszno i sat among Tarnow fans just fine i just did not told anyone that i was from Rzeszow to avoid any problems and did not wear any Rzeszow memorabilia shirt, scarf or a hat that would not be possible for a derby they check the id and you enter thru another gate whether you like it or not.
