It would have been stupid to sign with Torun and possibly sit on the bench for some meetings, obviously it would have been great for Torun to have his kind of caliber on their bench and not in other teams squad. If he has no contract with Torun then he can sign for whoever he likes and stay for the duration of the contract and be a free agent once that expires. Nobody would agree to that, and im sure Darcy knew that. Torun helped Ward a lot in his career but he doesnt owe them with anything. Its business and he got the right to sign where ever he want to.
