Poor old Oskar Polis - 5 rides & hasn't managed to finish a single one yet!

North seems to have gone up a level this year, impressed me each time I've seen him race.

Daria looks TOTALLY oomphy. Phewwhataschorcha. :t::lol:

Alan its a good job you chose that Danish cake over Caroline as Daria is back :D

:lol::lol::lol:

The good thing is that my wife says the day she'll start worrying is the day i stop looking ! And at my age that's all i do. Look and admire. :lol:

Before we really get going, Pawel asked me an interesting question. Are there any streets in England named after speedway riders? My reaction was "I doubt it" but i'll throw it open. Is there a Mark Loram Boulevard. A Garry Havelock Crescent or a Howdy Byford Avenue ? :lol:

About the old West Ham stadium(custom house)

The stadium was sold to developers who evicted the speedway team and closed the stadium in 1972. It was subsequently demolished and housing was built on the cleared site, with some streets named after former speedway stars. These are Atkinson Road (Arthur Atkinson), Croombs Road (Tommy Croombs), Young Road (Jack Young), Wilkinson Road (Arthur 'Bluey' Wilkinson), Lawson Close (Aub Lawson) and Hoskins Close (Johnnie Hoskins).

You sure do know you're Premiership football for a Reading fan :D. You are a Reading fan aren't you? I think I remember you saying it before.

I sure am-I suffered along with the other 12,000 season ticket holders in 2014/15- better times are around the corner ;) At Least I don`t support Millwall like a certain Germany Domiciled forum member :lol:
