crazysue
Still looking for a texter for this meeting, can anyone help please? Thanks
Woz01
I think if there is plenty of dirt on the track then josh may have the upper hand. Not sure that Josh has ever got to grips with Brandon but it will be close between them.
Brandon
Fancy the Bees to bounce back tonight. The Lions will keep it close though. Jamrog to get a race win too

mdmc82
Think Auty is one of the strongest reserves in the league as most of the others have limited EL experience whilst Josh has been riding in it for years. However Leicesters problems going to be covering him when there's fixture clashes.
weatherwatcher
Still think the Lions will pip it.
mdmc82
Still think the Lions will pip it.Same here as Its like home to Auty and Doyle goes well there. A lot depends on Jamrog and which Robson turns up. Can only see a home defeat for us tonight I'm afraid, Leicester look strong all the way through and I think they will win by 6 or more. Hope I'm wrong obviously! Anyone know if we can use season tickets tonight? I''m guessing not as it's not a league meeting but thought I would check... The season ticket does state it includes a challenge meeting and in the past it's always been the start of the season one so would say it's included. SCB
Imagine Coventry had a rider capable of scoring 6-7 points that a 6.5 gap should be scoring.
Woz01
Imagine Coventry had a rider capable of scoring 6-7 points that a 6.5 gap should be scoring. Was just thinking that. Decent performance considering Jamrog scored just 1.
mdmc82
I really enjoyed tonight's meeting (apart from the cold lol) Credit to the track staff as it produced some good racing and allowed the riders to attack the track. Hans definitely seemed to like it as was some of the best overtaking and racing I have seen from him in a while. Very impressed with Walasek who looked fast and Rode really well. Leicester's best rider of the night. Hope Mikkel is okay after his crash. I think aside from Jamrog who did try hard, the biggest difference between the teams was at reserve. So glad to have Garrity & Sarj back. My only complaint would be that bloody supremes album that was on repeat for the whole meeting! It's a family sport so what happened to some up todate music. The atmosphere felt a bit flat with no start line music, no winners jingles and Peter Yorke. Hope the music gets sorted before next meeting as it was older than me lol. I said jokingly it was from the 1940s! Terrible. As for the meeting Hans was outstanding and Bombers move in the last heat was brilliant beating an unbeaten Walasek. Garrity and in particular Sarjeant superb down at reserve, they will be a super partnership at Brandon this season. The result was even better than I predicted. Onwards and upwards. Just need to get Jamrog out of the gate and he will score points.

deanr1
Really enjoyed that meeting having fully expected us to get turned over tonight. The track looked great again, the holes and ruts from the last couple of seasons seem to have been sorted out and all of the riders looked in control. I'm sure it would have been very close had Leicester not lost Michelsen in heat 1, Doyle was as average as I thought he would be, never been impressed by him at Brandon. Jamrog was completely off the pace and needs shipping off to the premier league ASAP, Sarj looked great and seems to be a real success story of the fast track system, vastly improved from the rider he was 12 months ago and getting better all the time.
Bee 26
Good meeting on a well prepared track. Can't see the pole being here for too long. Can't gate and off the pace. Not fair on the lad to expect him to score the points that we need. Not sure on the who would be available to replace him though, maybe Klindt wouldn't be a bad shout now?

Woodward has a meeting with specialist early next month but then even if it's healing well, it could still be a while till he's back on a bike Edited March 20, 2015 by mdmc82
abbo
Sorry Jamrog has been pitched in as a make believe replacement for the Pawlicks's etc, sorry Mick at the end of this season I can't see him Improving enough to help the Bees into a top level position. It's not fair on the guy if he was British he would just about make a reserve placement. He has no chance making it at Elite level (at the moment) and if we are to compete he will have to be replaced, he was off the pace. In time he could develop but not now. Three Poles on display by far he was in third place, early as it is if we have ambitions he needs replacing ASA
