2015 Speedway Gp Challange

Mäkinen done really well in Lonigo. Says he was leading Lindback in his first until the last the last lap. Then messed up two of his starts (off 3&4). To take the win in his last also tells a lot. Good for him!

Why even bother writing that, arent they all and for all?

They represent GB as well as themselves IMO. It's a poor reflection on speedway over here and doesn't bode well for the SWC either.

We'll win the SWC this year fella, you heard it here 1st.

Poland & Denmark are on the slide. GB are coming back to the big time

Can't for the life of me understand how Matze Bartz gets anywhere near this meeting!!! Surprise that they don't have anyone in Bavaria better than him anyway. It is like Denmark selecting Thomas Sorensen

It has to do with his result in last year's German Championship. Bartz was well placed in the German Final at Brokstedt last year.

1. Kai Huckenbeck 15 (3,3,3,3,3)

2. Martin Smolinski 14 (2,3,3,3,3)

3. Tobias Kroner 12 (3,2,2,2,3)

4. Kevin Wölbert 10 (1,3,3,1,2)

5. Matthias Schultz 10 (2,2,2,2,2)

6. Robert Lambert 9 (2,1,2,3,1)

7. Matthias Bartz 8 (0,3,ex,2,3)

8. Max Dilger 8 (3,1,1,3,d)

9. Christian Hefenbrock 8 (1,2,3,2,ex)

10. René Deddens 5 (3,2,d,ex,ex)

11. Matthias Kröger 5 (1,ex,1,1,2)

The top 3 from the GP Challenge get full-time GP places for 2016, along with the top 8 from this year's GP series, Arguably, the top 2 riders outside the GP...Sayfutdinov and Grigorij Laguta, are absent from the Challenge.

Should Sayfutdinov retain his European title and Laguta come second, is there not an unanswerable case for both getting GP places next year. There will be 4 places up for grabs and it is likely the riders finishing the series in 9th. and 10th. places will get 2 of them. I would love to see Emil and Grigorij getting the other 2, politics and funding notwithstanding.

And in his second...needs to get a spurt on if he wants to make the cut. Same goes for Kildermand.
