Ghostwalker
Apparently, there are large problems with the track in Munkebo.. The problems with a waterlogged track have been caused by rising groundwater as well as lots of rain.http://www.fyens.dk/modules/mobile/article?articleid=2983320 Edited April 24, 2016 by Ghostwalker

The track is right by a river and the water table was very high so many postponements were caused by water rising from below rather than falling from the sky. The public rarely saw the torrents of water being pumped off the place before the gates opened. Ironically it now has a reputation for being too dry. I hope they can sort the problem out. Ghostwalker
Well We used tom have that problem at Rye House back in the 80s & 90s. Apparently not. Munkebo - Fjelsted that was supposed to have been held tomorrow is postponed due to waterlogged track and forecasts of more rain tomorrow evening. http://www.fyens.dk/sport/Vaadt-foraar-Munkebo-aflyser-lokalopgoer/artikel/2986159

Then it was banned, presumably by the SCB on safety/insurance grounds.

Ghostwalker
Can anyone tell me which if any Danish television stations are covering speedway this season. Since we lost KanalSport it's proved impossible to watch any.. Thanks At the moment, none. TV2 Danmark might show the two individual Danish championship finals and the league final.

Dawkins20
No word about the Doyle-Nicki twitter feud? Doyle crashed then blamed Nicki, called him an idiot, then Nicki shut him down by uploading pictures of the crash, showing it was clearly not his fault. Pieszczek caused a domino effect first bend crash. http://nickipedersen.com/Default.aspx?ID=1652&Action=1&NewsId=4324&M=NewsV2&PID=4180 Edited June 30, 2016 by Dawkins20
SteveLyric2
Jason's comments have made some of the national sports pages including his claim that Nicki didn't show all the pictures. He is not a happy man!!

He is not a happy man!! he is a crybaby and himself guilty of many dangerous moves that have caused crashed. Me thinks he should keep his mouth shut. What more is there to see? White rider strikes Nicki who then strikes Doyle.
