FranktonBee
Could have been so very different though? Nonetheless, congratulations to Cradley, and here's hoping a solution to their current problems can be found.
greyhoundp
Congratulations to Cradley on winning the 2014 National League. Hope you are successful in finding a track for 2015. All the best Rob Thanks and hard luck Coventry Storm Could have been so very different though? Nonetheless, congratulations to Cradley, and here's hoping a solution to their current problems can be found. In what way could it have been different ? i hear all this about Experience of riding Leicester Track, but ever since Leicester have come back its been known as a gaters Track, Cradley are not renowned for That, Dan G for me Storms rider of the night, yeah Stef had an off night for whatever reason, There was never any reason for The Heathens to bust a gut last night, they did a professional job, held on to what they had which was a 10 point margin. I would like to thank the Leicester Track people for hosting this, lovely set up that you have there, Track was in great condition and thats all you ask for in these meetings, my one gripe £1-50 for a Hot Drink. Well done to our boys, great atmosphere from our supporters, and well done to everyone for making it another great night, roll on 2015 whatever it may bring, i do suspect its another season in the NL now, wherever it may be. bruno
I agree with what you say greyhoundp but as I've said on another thread I was annoyed with the track.great night great atmosphere but great track to ride on but not to race on.shouldn't moan I know but I'd find it hard to watch that kind of racing week on week.at this minute in time I'd love it but I'm sure the crowds would die away if you had to watch that racing week on week
Arson fire
Unbelievable achievement given the team cradley have...great ethos of developing talent and a credit and shining example to the rest, too hear of them lads improvment at NL level from raw novices is fantastic and just what the NL is all about.... Hats off.
Double Up
Could have been so very different though? Nonetheless, congratulations to Cradley, and here's hoping a solution to their current problems can be found. Not accepting any excuses regarding what might have been. Horton had God knows how many opportunities to stage this meeting. Granted the EL final rain off came into the equation but surely the arrangement he has with Sandhu guarantees him every Friday within the season. Storm were beaten by the better team fair and square and given the form shown over the season any other result would have been a massive injustice I agree with what you say greyhoundp but as I've said on another thread I was annoyed with the track.great night great atmosphere but great track to ride on but not to race on.shouldn't moan I know but I'd find it hard to watch that kind of racing week on week.at this minute in time I'd love it but I'm sure the crowds would die away if you had to watch that racing week on week Fantastic facility and shows what can be achieved with a sympathetic council. If only. However, from a blank canvas they've made a huge mistake. Maybe Mr. Hemsley thought something akin to a bigger cycle speedway track was what was needed. Wouldn't be the first or last time he thought he knew best.
