Pinny
Like gjedde with berwick, the promotion should of acted earlier at glasgow and bombed him out. Their own fault for keeping him so long, i think its quite clear what was going ! But im not going to slag the situation off - we signed Gjedde on 6.5 or similar and before he had turned a wheel for us we knew hed average near 9 - didnt expect him to average well over 10.00 with bonuses tho! Wolbert will average close to 9 next season - without doubt.
B.V 72
No sh*t sherlock. After that comment it kinda makes me hope that all the Glasgow riders have a Wolbert season next year.

TheScotsman
I had missed the fact that Max Fricke has gone to the EL and is not able to double up. Shame. Best of luck to the lad.

BV72 will be happy what average do you think he will get in PL You never know but i heard a rumour that it could be a young rider that rode for another team in Scotland last season. You should know that Wolberts PL average will be 6.19 having had a crap season with your team Glasgow last year.
Gazc
After that comment it kinda makes me hope that all the Glasgow riders have a Wolbert season next year. No intention to offend my comment was based around the fact that the Fans were pi**sed off with his performances not with your statement.

Ok no probs i took it the wrong way. Thinking about it i should twigged to how you were thinking as so many riders have done the same thing to Belle vue. Weeyin
Rob Branford has signed up to Partner Clegg at reserve. Welcome to Scotland Rob! Good signing for Edinburgh, on good equipment he could do what Stevie Worrall did last year Edited December 7, 2014 by dorothy58
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Good signing for Edinburgh, on good equipment he could do what Stevie Worrall did last yearDont quite see that but agree a good chance he will improve on his last attempt. Gives the Monarchs the chance to keep the stronger top end options so would expect it to be good for you guys.
Chris Hutcheson
I think he could be a good signing, not sure he'll quite do a Worrall, but definitely room for upping his average! The disappointing thing is that it means Foxy won't be returning.
baba
Nobody would have guessed stevie worral would do a worral...branford could do a worral but could do better than stevie and there for do a branford.

If he does, Mr Havelock snr will put a very high price on his head!
TheScotsman
Pleased with the signings so far. Over 23 points still to play with for the last 3.
Gazc
Good signing by Edinburgh look's like you are putting together the usual good team very rarely do they get it wrong.
Arson fire
The key is finding a big improver in clegg, branford or the 5 pointer should cook and masters be the other 2. Maybe wolbert will add a little bit, and sedgy will probably be more or less the same.... Cant see a worrall type improvement from the 2 reserves this year, which will be good and bring the monarchs back to the chasing pack Think no Deek will be hard to cover aswell. Bagpuss
Are Cook and Masters both likely to return? Like the look of those reserves, both could stick a couple of points on their figures once dialed in to Armadale.

I agree, IMO the 5-6 point rider is the crucial one! Cook (captain) Sedgy Wolbert 5.90 (the likes of Anders Thomsen on good kit or a 5.00 rider with potential who becomes an asset - pity we are 0.06 off Todd Kurtz) Masters Clegg Branford I can see us being unbeaten at home again this season, maybe even a couple of away wins at the likes of Rye House. Should be in the mix for play-off places.
Fenway Bleachers
Bring back Stormy he is the ideal man to slot in at 4 or 2 for the new Edinburgh Monanzacs
