SCB
Wasn't it last time we signed him Poole tried to prevent him riding for us? Wasn't it Eastbourne that were at Coventry that night? And it was Peterborough who tried to get him banned for longer after he had quit over pay.

Woz01
I'm glad I put a bet on the Bees before the season started!. Great move from the club, something would have to seriously go wrong if we don't make the top 4 now.
Sir Jasper
Very good signing. Well done Bees.

TesarRacing
Coventry now have a very strong top 5 and with Sarjeant outscoring garrity as he did at the end of last season this is a very good team. I hope the Bees supporters (particularly those bemoaning the Jamrog signing) come out and support the team now as I would think Kylmakorpi doesn't come cheap.
Robbobee
Great signing by MH - difficult conversation no doubt with Jakub Jamrog but that's life & management !! I think if Jamrog had shown any sort of form over the last three matches he may have stayed however he didn't - the only point I saw him score was a pass over Simon Lambert. He needs more experience at a lower level in GB before he becomes EL standard. Kylmakorpi ? He rides Brandon well and is experienced - fits the bill perfectly. Yeehahhhh !!! Cheers

Indeed, and the Peterborough boss at the time was Mick Horton
TesarRacing
You don't give up do you Dick. You will hate it if MH makes a success of promoting Coventry!
Robert Lee
Massively unprofessional, management wise and trying to do things on the cheap, hence the statement-." I really hope they’ll come out in force to support the boys".Not sure what the CO would make of it Amazing how some on here will always turn good news into an opportunity for a cheap shot at a promotion that shows repeatedly that they are serious about winning. Still haven't seen any answer to my earlier question: Why does M Horton still have so many knockers on here?? A lot of innuendo and snide remarks, but no-one has come out and said why they hate him so much. Do you want a winning speedway team or a lovey-dovey promoter?
ruckerroo
I'm just happy it's not Klindt and that it's someone better than Woodward. Good news all round it seems. woodwards a mile better, joonas has been dreadful in his last stint at eastbourne, miles too many last places

I have been guilty of giving Mick Horton some abuse in the past, but fair play to him this time he has pulled it out of the bag. All i can say is roll on Friday and it's Game on!
Robert Lee
woodwards a mile better, joonas has been dreadful in his last stint at eastbourne, miles too many last places Hello? Woodward is unfortunately at home in Oz nursing a broken leg.
Grachan
Good move by Coventry, who look a lot stronger now - if, perhaps, a little inconsistent. I wonder why they didn't just have this team in the first place if Kylmakorpi fitted.
deanr1
Certainly the best team we've started a season with for a good few years, even in 2010 it wasn't until we made changes later in the season that we looked like one of the best teams. Should be a very competitive league this year, nearly all of the teams look good. woodwards a mile better, joonas has been dreadful in his last stint at eastbourne, miles too many last places When I've watched him in the past he does strike me as a rider who's scores look a bit 3030! He seems to either win or come last but most of the times I've seen him he's been a heat leader, he should do just fine as a second string in this league, 6 or 7 points in most meetings and he's done his job. King and Joonas compared to what we had last season at 3 & 4 is a vast improvement and looks pretty solid especially at home.
SteveLyric2
Good signing for the Bees especially as a 2nd string. Play-off contenders and even finalists, for sure!
