Dave Jones
surely a carrier pigeon would be required? Clairvoyant most likely I would imagine.
Brandon
Still no news? If it is Klindt surely it would have been a done deal by now? Does that mean we are waiting for Poole to announce their final lineup on Monday and the rider we have would give away their team? Could it be Milik or Shamek? Bee 26
Unless they are waiting on Klindt's fitness, let's hope not and they go for Pawlicki Edited March 7, 2015 by Bee 26

beesknees
Courtesy of Coventry Bees website: POLISH prospect Jakub Jamrog has been named as the final piece in Coventry’s 2015 Elite League jigsaw. The 23-year-old has agreed a deal to join the Buildbase Bees with the new season days away, and he will slot into the second-string position originally earmarked for Cameron Woodward before the Australian was ruled out due to injury, on an assessed 5.50 average. Most of Jamrog’s league racing last year was spent in his home country with Lodz, for whom he recorded several high scores. And he has previous experience of the Coventry circuit as he raced in the 2013 Brandonapolis individual event – with the highlight being a race win over Bjarne Pedersen, Krzysztof Kasprzak and Scott Nicholls in a time of 58.9, which was by a distance the fastest of the night.Bees promoter Mick Horton said: “We’ve left no stone unturned over this last place, we’ve spoken to many riders who aren’t coming back or can’t do it, and we’ve now got to the point where we had to make a decision.“I’ve talked to several riders who have either ridden with Jakuk or seen him race, and they’ve all said he goes very well in Europe.“I’ve also spoken to the lad himself this weekend and he is really, really determined and enthusiastic, and is also all set up to race here with equipment, workshop and mechanic.“Havvy (Gary Havelock) has a good feeling about him, and we feel he is very much worth a shot. We’ve got faith in him and although there’s always a question over Polish riders on small tracks, he has been brought up on small tracks.“He knows what we’re looking for from him, and all I’d say to people is give the lad a chance, and let’s see what he can do.”Jamrog races in Sunday’s Ben Fund Bonanza event at Swindon and will be unveiled as a Coventry rider at press and practice on Friday. Bee 26
Hmmm, can't say I've heard of him. Surprised signing or was it a panic signing! Let's hope he has a good season

Brandon
Well that signings a bit left field. It's a gamble but worth a try and we get to see a fresh face
Studland Bee
If Mick had of gone with Klindt most of us would have been disappointed. This is a rider that I don't know much about. That said, Mick has clearly talked to other riders and not jumped to fill the last place. Personally I am pleased we are trying a new rider, it could be a good signing as Przemysław Pawlicki proved to be in 2010, time will tell. Looking forward to the start of the season.
mdmc82
Does make us the team having used the least points (32.69) as Jamrog is on an assessed 5.50average. I remember him in the Brandonapolis but sure he spent more time off the bike than on. Hopefully improved in the last year and will dial in to the track fast. Gemini
Welcome to Coventry Jakub. Can't say I've heard of him but that doesn't mean much. The majority of fans didn't seem to want Klindt in the team so they should be happy with this choice. It's nice to see a fresh face. BRITISHSPEEDPOWER
Jamrog rode at Berwick in Ricky's meeting, he was incredible. Very fast and very brave, He looked a cut above a PL rider that night to be honest. You guys are gonna be loving him.
Bees_Man
Agree but if going with a pole why not Pawlicki. The big question is how many he misses!
BluPanther
It's not Klindt, so be happy folks... Decent signing imo.
mdmc82
Agree but if going with a pole why not Pawlicki. The big question is how many he misses! Does that mean Pawlicki & Milik are being used by Poole or not riding here this year? Jk would have been a good choice but at least no Klindt. Hopefully the team will support each other and Jamrog won't miss many meetings.
